I read in Femina magazine long back, to microwave well washed dried curry leaves & store it crisp.Use crushed leaves in seasing , to all curries (gravies) Also it tastes good in green juices fresh,& also for chutnies etc .I can store microwave crisp like for more than a month .
Curry leaves are used in various dishes for taste and if put in curries in hot.condition also benficial seems to be.But take it in raw condition makes the difference.
