Beginning at 7:50 you can see one of the twins being animated. He holds onto one of his staff from behind and they don't move. LOL, then the other brother is seen doing the same thing. I think they are both great for the sport.

I have never seen worse defensive wrestling than what I just saw in that 3rd period. How does a 6 seed in the Big10 give up 4 takedowns in 40 seconds (or what would have been a 4th takedown + back points had he not been pinned). The only excuse would have been that Lizak was about to have explosive diarrhea and needed to get the heck off the mat. He puts on a riding clinic for 2 periods & then... That?!? You'd forgive anyone just tuning in for the 3rd period for thinking Lizak had never wrestled before.

Dude with as good as Lisak is on top man he's gotta have some sort of decency feet how can let a lead like that go??? No doubt Gilman is TREMENDOUS but Lisak Dominated him for just about 2 periods. Gilman rocking with the Matflexes his entire college career is the biggest flex. I can’t stand the importance kids put into wearing expensive shoes in wrestling. Ive witnessed so much bullying in mat rooms because kids are wearing matflexes or any other cheap pair of shoes. It’s honestly sad and I’ve even given shoes or bought shoes for kids before because of this.

It’s so crazy how the style of wrestler can go with the school so well. Iowa is third period strong base never stop run u I OT the ground like Metcalf or Schwab or Lee or Ironside. Ok State is speed slickness technique like Coleman Scott or Jordan Oliver. Of course there are exceptions. Lincoln Mclravy has that Iowa pressure but he had those slick Smith like Boot scoots and speed and technique that made him so dangerous. Seems like Minnesota for their smaller weights get these funky kind of dangerous pinners and turners like Ness and Lizak that are always ranked like 11 or 13 but can beat the number one guy.

They didn't get hit though w an unsportsmanlike...Dang...I love the intensity of college matches though...when I watched NCAA's in 2002 in Albany NY Lehigh section of the crowd was chanting "LETS GO LEHIGH" it was like you were at a football game. Adam Colucci A guy of Lizak's caliber should not have been broken with a 6 point lead. Gilman had three shots before the first minute of the third ended! That is pathetic and would not have occurred by many top wrestlers. Gilman is good but Lizak wrestled like trash.

Well, there is a reason Gilman is ranked 1 and Lizak is ranked 6. Gilman finds a way to win. Also, when you are up 8 points on a rank 1 NCAA D1 wrestler it can be borderline unbelievable. Lizak couldn't believe he was beating Gilman so badly, it was so unbelievable to him that it didn't happen. This is similar to the Taylor Burroughs match where Taylor was beating Burroughs up to the 3rd! But then Burroughs comes back and scores a shit ton of points and wins. You can say David Taylor wrestled like shit for his caliber but come on. Wrestled "like trash" doesn't belong with these caliber of wrestlers.

Straight Motivation ..... bro 8-0 ..... lizak didn't even try to defend until it was too late. It would've been different if lizak didn't just give up like that. Gilman didn't find a way to win....lizak simply gave up. Never stop wrestling until the match is FULLY won. Lizak could've taken some stalling calls and a poor shot to force a stale mate and kill time
