129 - Fixing a WEIR 413D power supply bought "for parts or repair" 

I bought this power supply very cheaply on eBay as for parts or repair. The specs from the service manual are quite good and its symmetric output might be useful if I can get it to work. During my investigation, I found that this power supply is not what you would call easy to service or repair, but at the end I found and fixed the problem.
