I finally got my hands on one of these rare devices. Its a power supply and a precision amplifier. It was sold as untested and likely not working which is the only reason I could afford it and it was still rather expensive. It turned out that it was indeed not working but as this video shows, going step by step through the process of isolating the problem, I did manage to fix it.

and that is still going strong. While that has more amplitude and current, its frequency range is limited to just above 20KHz while the HP467A goes to 1 MHz
