Until I started doing this exercise video, along with acupuncture, I'm now pain free. I do this exercise everyday day first thing in the morning now. Thank you Coffee from the bottom of my heart❤

Loving the recent series of back and shoulder opening stretches. Be great if you can do a series of hip openers from beginners friendly to advanced version (in a flow for example). This will greatly improve flexibility and subsequently enables us to improve our yoga poses in the hope to look as gd as you on the yoga mat. Thx😊
