Yeah that sucks man that you broke another one of them from him. I'm sure he'll take care of it as he's good with all that. But yeah, that's why I usually don't run mine on 12S. I switched mine back to 8S cuz although it is fun, it's a lot of weight on that truck now that I got mine with the full Max 4 Vitavon chassis and full bracing kit now I'd run 12S in it again but even then I don't know if the drivetrain's up to it. My entire truck is vitavon
Just my 2¢. I see others doing the same. I can see why your battery fell out. You don't strap the battery down right. After going around the buckle, go back under the pressure pad. Never will it fall out.. at least I never had. Anyway.. Have Fun
Ouch that was a rough 12s landing..... Just slightly under rotated. To be honest it didn't seem like anything more than what you can get out of a 8s rig🤷 Plus the added weight of the 6s packs etc. You might be able to do 12s but maybe lighter packs? What MAH were those? Maybe try like 5000mah or something, shorter run times but way less weight? I don't know.... Just thoughts.... For me I'm good with a properly cooled and geared 8s, can get past 150ft easy🤷.... But what gearing was that? Would think you can gear up more, didn't have much punch. Yeah bro go M2C on that motor and esc mount.... That sucks 2x on the Vitavon motor mount. There stuff CAN be great, it's just not tested like M2C is. Try some carbon sleeves over them center shafts, Duperbash trick👌 Great sends, sorry you got cut short 2x.....it happens
Yes, the batteries are def overweighing the rig by alot but I’m just being stubborn and not going lighter😭 The gearing was 32/39 on punch 7 which was way too much for the room I had. Even ended up burning a connector. This time I went 30/39 on punch 3. Just to take things easy. I think the same gearing on punch 5-6 would be perfect for my style. Yes M2C is next🤙
@@omega_rc makes sence, I don't know as much about 12s so don't listen to me😣 I'm just thinking on 12s you should have been able to pull that around easy but the truck didn't even respond as well as I know my 8s outcast would have in that situation.
On the Talion You running those big fans off the Bec and/or receiver? If so that's all esc Bec power. I tried that on two of my rigs recently and they both lacked punch, too much draw of power to the fans.... Disconnected them and no problems, moving forward in my 6s rigs I'm always going to go off balance lead.... Bec can't handle big fans especially when heard high.
Sup Brotha hope you are well, It’s hard to tell but I have a dedicated 3s Lipo they’re both running off. It’s attached to the rear of the center brace.
