Purchased the new Gorgon because it was cheap and it is 2wd.. last 2wd rc i had driven was my traxxas jato 3.3 nitro.
It was a no brainer for me to get one.. had a donor granite, swap some parts and let it ride!!
Running on 3s and 4s ready.. prolly will add a fan if i run 4s on the motor but we will. If the gears hold, may go 6s with a metal slipper clutch.. lmao.
This design so much easier to work on than the granite platform having to remove the everything to change pinions etc…
This is a dope little truck. GO GET YOU ONE!!

Arrma knows what's up. Great edition. 2wd on 3s is always crazy fun. Anything else, good luck lol. Might have to cop one. I still love the 2011 og Arrma 2wd line-up with the twin vertical plates chassis. I have two keepers. Gorgon has that type design minus the aluminum plates. I'm liking it more and more.

Right on brutha, its mos def fun. 2wd is nice to have, handling is suburb. Wheelie bar is a must for 3s. Otherwise you will destroy the body in one run..😂.. gota get you one and convert it.

I bought 2 one for my son and one for me. i love them the only thing i noticed is the servo saver keeps breaking. any ideas? also how did you hook up those lights? those are awesome. i want to get the purple ones

nice video, how much heavier are the proline badland tires? Worried about the drivetrain considering if prolines are heavier.

Honestly bro, they not that much heavier. Same axles as the 3s blx series and it swang these tires with no problem on my 1/10 scale 6s trucks. This truck is tough.. fyi.. get a wheelie bar!

Not sure, just slapped one on that would fit to run it. I will be going with a metal slipper clutch soon. Great thing about this setup, switching out gears is two screws. Super fast..

Depending on how you place your receiver it will more or less make a wheel..an exotic rc video a case of this kind demonstrated this..he did the same principle with his big monster truck 1/5 And it worked the same as with his gorgon

how did you fit a 3s/4s in the battery tray under ?

3s fits you have to feed the connector thru the hole and connect it on top. The 4s battery will take a smaller style 4s battery. Still on the hunt for the pack. But its 4s ready.

Amazon.. rc leds strips. Cost like $10. I did a vid on my YT channel with my vorteks showing how i install them. Its a pretty recent vid. I believe the link is in the description as well. 👍
