Why is there so much glorification of some one who cleared the upsc exam? Clearing exam is not an end in itself ,it is just a beginning. IAS and IPS are civil servants, we should see the job done by them after selection. It is all about what difference these officers make after joining the services. The director should make movie on those civil servants who really worked for the national and made the difference. Making a movie on a person who cleared the upsc exam with all odds shows that just getting selected is only a task. But the real journey begins after selection and many of the so called hardworking and brilliant minds just become " the trained incapacity" after joining the services.
