Ive been toxic...I have to accept otthrs toxicness.Bevause if i dont i can be as toxic as what i see toxic....Sneaky ninjas.....i was a raging bull....manipulative....learning mysrlf i now see it in those ive dealt with and have to become non caring to control my emotions..Because i wanna change me....ive started and stoic philosiphy is greatest self help for a emotional changing person..keep it up...

This reminds me of a person that always trying to bring me down with all the negativity he had but I didn’t realize he was a toxic person I feed him stoicism daily but it didn’t help well it did but he keep coming back with I still hate this job my life is shit and I’m going through a divorce f my life brought him up again so I just keep him away with a long stick still a work associate but that’s it thank u the happiness of our lives depends on the quality of our thoughts!
