The fact that there is an "Evil Four" in this video implies that there is a "normal" Four in this timeline. IMO thee only time he/they were ever, quote unquote, "normal" was 15 years ago in XFOHV, and unless this video takes place back then, I seriously doubt that there's a "normal" Four. If we add the fact that all the other evil clones were picked up by their original, non-evil versions, when Evil Four was picked up by who I assume is supposed to be X, it's highly likely that there is no Non-Evil Four and he's just really really mad as heck.
