I have never given up my skinny or at least slim leg jeans. High-waisted slim leg jeans just look better on me than boot cut or flared ones. I love those red ballet flats!

Thank you for this video! I have a couple of pairs of skinny jeans, including a black pair, and I have no plans to give them up. I've worn mine with many of the types of footwear you showed (save ballet flats and loafers) over the years. Your video has given me some new ideas on how to style my jeans - along with other items in my closet - now that cooler weather is here!

My favs: knee high boots and dramatic layer. I am more of a wide leg girl, but I have a few pair of skinny jeans. I will usually wear mine with knee boots/riding boots or under dresses. Jeans with dresses is becoming my signature style. With them dresses I usually choose and Chelsea boot or statement sneaker.
I love the black and white skinny jeans look. That is my go-to style. They can be worn for the office, going out, or for a casual look. It goes well with many shoes and outfits. Skinny jeans are not out of style; they are basic attire. People who love wearing skinny jeans must have nice legs.

I bought Born brown western boots a couple of years ago, and long brown boots and grey combat boots but I need black combat boots to wear with my black jeans. Skinny denim jeans, black tall Uggs, dark gray oversized long sleeve tee on top (heavier material than simple cotton tee) and black down vest. Add a long scarf to blend or contrast as the mood fits, sometimes a beret - this is my autumn/winter uniform.
At 5 ft tall I only wear straight, slim or skinny jeans. I refuse to wear any type of heel higher than my low heel ankle boots. I wear loafers, ballet flats, ankle boots. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@@tracimorrow2282 I have mostly Levi’s that have been cut off and hemmed, but I have some Time and True from Walmart that fit great too. It’s just so hard to find a petite length unless you order online. I don’t like to order clothes or shoes online. Even if I don’t actually need a new pr of jeans, if I’m out and find a pr that fit I buy them anyway and squirrel them away in my closet. My weight stays pretty consistently the same…give or take 3-5 lbs, so I have some Walmart brand jeans I’ve had for several yrs. They fit great and are well made. They work for me, but you may not like shopping at Walmart…lots of people don’t, or they might not fit you as well. One brand I hear good things about is Madewell, but like I said I don’t shop for clothes online. I get aggravated when I have to return things. 😄
Thank you so so much for this video. I"m 4"11 and they are by far the easiest jean for me to wear and to style. I have tried every other style possible and they just don't look right on me.

Honestly, every few years they push these big baggy dragging the floor pants that you never see anywhere but on the runway…and I live in NY…some teens wear the baggy jeans and look cute…no one else wears this ugly style…🙂⭐❤🙏🏼
Yes, I still wear them all these ways. I believe they are a classic and that brands agree which is why that all offer “slim fit” now. Really?! Everything’s in style these days. Just own it!
The problem I have with black skinny jeans is the texture - often different from the blue version and not as comfy. Any suggestions gratefully received. I'm in the UK btw.

I'm a guy but I'm quite slender mesomorph & I love high waist skinny jeans, especially the black ones. My typical outfit is a tied in t-shirt with a jacket or longer coat. I have nice legs & bum (not just my opinion) so it would be a waste to wear baggy jeans. 😉 Some of pairings from the video are applicable to men too, I think.
Wide leg pants are The Worst! They make petite women like myself look like a Bag Lady. If Fat & Stumpy is what you are goin for then wide leg is for you. Your man will ❤ it 😂
Skinnies are no longer fashionable but the designers are making only skinny jeans for women with short legs. When I try wide leg jeans they are always to long for my legs while with skinnies it rarely happens to be longer than my leg. Should us short women wear skinnies?
I definitely gave up on skinny jeans 😂 but I do I have 1 pair left. They’re not black more like a mid tone grey. But these ideas have inspired me to get them tailored and start wearing them this fall and winter!! ❤❤
I hope they’ve gone out of style then I can wear them. I avoid anything that’s currently in fashion/style if I can. Don’t run with the crowd, best if you can avoid it
Skinny jeans have never worked for me. The whole story is in the calf. Those with a thin calf look fantastic in this style but a curvy leg...not so much in my opinion. Even men with a thicker calf is a no for me in a skinny jean. I'm not heavy but I'm short and curvy including my calf. Your legs are perfect for this style so of course it would be a classic for you. Mine will always be a straight leg. 💋
