I love all of these tips. What's funny is that I had been thinking about the exact same thing except that I'm an overthinker and if I want to move ahead there's a mental block. Also I can relate to how you use to feel of being scared of others. Well I'm in the same situation now I feel like I would be misunderstood because I don't speak my language well and everyone would think I'm stupid. Ive been in some kind of a mental slump for the last few months, just demotivated and pushing things till the last minute and being on the phone or laptop all day. This has made me so miserable. Im barely passing my exams, my parents are disappointed and i have no idea why i am like this. I used to top in my school but just getting pass marks is so hard now. Idk what happened. Im 18 and next year ill have to go to a uni and i feel like my life is the worst and i just dont feel like i can do better. Im sorry this is more of a rant than expressing of how good the video was. This did give me the motivation that i needed and ill try my best to follow the tips.
Hey dont feel so miserable we’ve all been there🥺 I feel this way too. Studying and getting passing marks can become a burden at times, and I’ve felt so many times that life is worthless. But trust me, you’ve got potential, whoever you may be. Don’t give up and keep going. It will definitely get better

I recommend doing something before going to uni if you feel like you're stuck. I had a volunteer-year and it changed my view on many things and helped me in many ways (meeting other people with a different mindset, having working experience, self-organisation, planning, confidence, ...)

Bro I sometimes wish I could believe in a God but it is just not enough to know that the believe increases positive feelings to actually believe in something I have no evidence for. I personally think it´s enough to "believe" in kindness and all those other inter-humanly things I actually see in the world everyday.

I feel the same. You only have to believe in possibilities, other people and most importantly in yourself. It doesn't mean your mind is restricted like simone said. That was just wrong. Don't feel bad for something that isn't your fault. In my opinion a real god would forgive someone for not believing when he/she/it understands your thoughts and feelings and knows you're just trying to be the best version of yourself-
