I did not pass my board exam but I’m taking the steps and efforts to study and retake the exam BUT my mom just makes me so anxious that whenever I talk to her she asks me about the exam and when I’m going to take it and etc etc.. it’s hard when you are not trying to worry about it but others keep reminding you constantly
True, but I’m pretty sure her intentions are just to make sure your trying your best even though you are 😅 the key is to just remember her intention and that she doesn’t mean to worry you so just have simple replies when anyone asks you and don’t validate their questions or concerns or whatever too much just remember that they’re only trying to check up on what you’re doing. So yeah it is hard to listen to others bring it up all day long but as long you remember their true intentions and that they just wanna check up on you, you’ll eventually get used to it and it won’t irritate u as much

Keeping myself distracted by giving myself on the day accomplishments is my key. Keeping yourself busy, focusing on what you need to do at that moment and to always go with the flow. Using my spiritual side to help with body confidence, detox fist thing in the morning are all positive things. To wake up and just smile can make a huge difference.

Sure it does help, but you gotta find out your underlying problem , when we think too much about something i'm pretty sure there is a deep reason behind it, you have to have that self awareness & once you find it you need to think about your value, whatever you are thinking is that true? Why does it seem true to you? At which standard you are judging yourself. It's obviously one of the hardest thing to do. But it's worth it That's how you can actually cope up with your situation by solving underlying problems
