I am really enjoying your videos. I am a Reiki Master, live in the US, but have been very drawn to Shamanism for over a year, maybe two. After watching many videos, I am beginning to think that this may be my path. I love Mother Gaia so much and am in love with the Divine Feminine. I have never had a Shamanic Crisis or Illness, but have had MANY very emotional situations in my life which I have overcome by the grace of God. The Reiki practitioner in me realizes I need divine balance and so I seek that and have been going through a real spiritual awakening in the past 5 years, transitioning from religion to real spirituality. My illness is physical and the best solution is a tree: I can purge the illnesses that my right arm sucks from people and reset my body. Also animals help (my cats reset my energy), and healthy food, sport, creativity...the real world. In my path, too much experimenting can make things worse, confuse my mind and mess my energy. Sacred plants help, but I wouldn't abuse. I strongly recommend darkness retreat, instead. Do it at your own place. Amazing experience, very insightful, very strong energy flowing but the mind is calm and focused because your own dmt does not over-stimulate your mind like sacred plants do.

I'm glad I finally looked at my notifications I'm going through a ruff time and for a long time and the sadness and stress and pain really sucks and I thinking about throwing in the towel all the time because I feel like I vant ever be happy and may have lost my spark too this world and could really use some help

Thank you so much for helping me understand this a little more. I am going through a lot and I knew out of nowhere, not knowing really what a shaman was that I was a shaman. This dream of myself and my ancestor grandfather are standing on this cliff waterfall as he explains to me how life is sll connected and how humanity is losing its way, but I will one day be a “way shower” he spoke in a tongue that wasn’t my native but I understood his words. After he was done explaining to me, we both turned into huge Eagles and flew into the sunset/rise… I don’t know where to turn nobody knows what im going through. I have isolated myself completely and I just need someone to talk to sometimes…

That dream you had with your ancestor guiding you and talking about life being all connected, and your role as a "way shower," that's powerful Feeling isolated during this transformation makes total sense, especially if others don't get what you're going through. It's key to reach out and connect with folks who get it and can offer support and guidance. I encourage you to seek a mentor or counselor who knows about shamanism and spiritual awakening. And joining online groups or communities with similar-minded people could give you a sense of belonging and help validate your experiences. Just know, you're not alone on this journey 🤍

@@sacred_gaia I have had that dream a handful of times since I was about 10-12 years old, maybe. It always felt so real and the particular waterfall I can see in my mindseye very clearly, but I later saw some photos/advertisements for a festival for a place in America (in Arizona, I believe) called Havasu falls and I immediately recognized it from my dreams and this was about two years ago, now the pull to visit this place is so palpable that I feel like its dire. I don’t have any familial connection (this lifetime anyway.) nor have I ever been that far west, but does this mean anything? Or is it just curiosity due to my relating it so clearly to my dream? If you could answer this, id be really grateful. I definitely need to find a mentor, but I have not had the easiest life and just now at 35 years old have I finally been able to face my traumas in attempt to sort through all of this crap im unpacking. It almost seems impossible at times to reach out to someone else and unload all of this…. I am grateful for you taking the time to respond. Truly💖

This is a beautiful video, thanks for that! For me my illness brought me almost to suicide but I am still alive! Now is much better, I see the diamonds which were created through all of this pain but I still have a feeling the darkest parts are still coming but now I know how to handle my inner demons. My life has been rittled with physical problems starting at birth with a heart operation, this makes so much sense now, I never knew. Rattle snake bite didn’t help. Bad arthritis and mental health issues, due to not being understood. They have been attacking me and for 6 months.

Beautiful advice. All the points you speak to are very relevant. I struggle to find a way to describe my personal experience except to say for me during my crisis, once my old self was stripped away and I realized my fears were driving my illness. I allowed myself to trust in what I call the universe. I began to look for answers. I researched thought, fear, emotion, religion, plant\mushroom medicine, past lives, metaphysics and reality among many other things. I began paying attention to where my attention is drawn. Reflection and realization have become a daily ritual for me. I experience things without knowing the significance of the experience until sometimes days or weeks later. Well after almost 3 years of this I was led to your channel here and a previous video you created. When I first heard you explain what a shamanic awakening was it was like being struck by lightning. Everything you described I could relate to personally. It all resonated very deeply with me, I am so grateful the universe led me to your videos and gave me the understanding I needed to flow so much more freely down my own path. I thank you Sun Deer, I thank the spirits and guides that support me with their love and compassion. I thank the universe for teaching me in the way it has as I needed to learn so much before I was ready to accept and learn about shamanism. I thank you, I appreciate you.

I experiencing everytime i refuse to moving on the shamanic path then i getting suddenly ill out of no where & when i move on to the path again every illness is disappering! Hello! Thank you for your question! I plan to make a more detailed video about this topic in the future, but for now, here are some initial tips. Start by researching shamanism as you might come across some good teachers. You may decide to join local workshops or online communities. Also, it's always good to ask friends for recommendations if they've had positive experiences with other shamanic teachers. When considering a mentor, have an initial appointment or even a healing with them to ensure a spiritual connection. Trust your intuition, take your time, and follow your instincts. I‘m suffering from this „illness“ for 12 years now. Without knowing that it is possible that I am Called for something. I had no Guidance and many Mystical experiences and many destiny moments wich shattered me. I was seeing Therapists and Schamans and took a lot of spiritual paths but NON! of it worked for me. I do not understand what god wants from me and I suffer greatly. It seems like a higher power is trying to destroy and awaken me. I‘m in a dark place for years now and don’t know what I can do about it since nothing works 🤷🏻‍♂️ do you have any advice?

I'm really sorry to hear about your struggle. It sounds incredibly challenging to navigate such profound experiences without clear guidance. Don't give up on finding a good mentor or teacher. When navigating through a shamanic illness or crisis, one or a couple of healing sessions may not be sufficient, or even the most appropriate approach. You'll need someone to work with over time to help you properly navigate through different stages of it. Connecting with others who have gone through similar experiences can offer comfort and insights, which could be beneficial. Look for support groups or online communities focused on shamanic practices. Along the way, self-compassion and self-nurturing will be key to everything. I hope you'll soon see all of this from "the other side" when once integrated as an experience, it'll become your strength!
