Yes the human mind can be chemically altered, and also through influences. It’s apart of history, yet each and every individual person’s journey is different. It’s a mix of influences and personal decisions. Things like caffeine and nicotine are commonly addictive but not perceived the same way as other addictive substances. At times our mind gets the best of us, and that’s something that can be fixed with training. Learning to cope with every day life and managing the usages of substances is a extremely deep topic. Channels like this help many people learn to take steps back and observe to get a better understanding of their own habits. I appreciate seeing channels like this blossom to genuinely help others pick up on the little things and slowly spiritually evolve. I admire others who are further along spiritually than I was at that age, and am thankful some of y’all are so willing to help push others along. Sometimes people need to stumble along great content like what’s provided on this channel. Blessings to you Queen ❤️🙏🏾

Wow thank you so much for your wisdom and insight because this comment was so wholesome. I certainly feel more spiritually inclined naturally than many people my age and even older than me, which just indicates that most people in life simply are born to be followers of what resonated with them, while a select few are hear to provide the guidance that people need to help guide their path along. When I first started my channel, I didn't see many channels like mine from people who look like me. Shrooms and weed is all I need, but seriously though even before I started using those drugs I had spirituality shoved in my face since childhood with premonitions (which usually come true) and seeing repeating numbers all the time for the past 7 years. All my life I felt like something was off. I just never fit in with the crowd, listened to older music, relate more with older people than people my age, and have been very philosophical about life from a young age. At 25 years old though, sometimes mentally I feel like an old man. Great informative video you made here!

I'm 21 and feel extremely spirituality mature and have become a shamans apprentice and have ceremonied a few times. I feel I can't ground any of my gifts or knowledge into the physical reality and feel very spaced out. Just want to put this here because it's lonely when the people around me would think I'm crazy

I tried a personal training life course that I couldn't keep up with so asked the guy in charge if he knew where I could get mushrooms to microdose as he had spoke of them. He sent me a man's phone number who I called and then organised a mushroom ceremony. Long story short, for ages I knew I didn't want to live the regular rat race type life and watched lots of spiritual videos. Basically it all just worked out in hindsight. So by seeking one now it's likely you'll attract someone towards you. Just listen to intuition and you'll be guided.

I think of mental disorders as super powers that some of us had before coming to this physical reality but senses the 3D (3rd dimension) is the lowest sense of being for us beings those super powers had to drop in frequency in order to manifest in this reality which explains why they materialize the way they do.

I’m torn between taking anxiety and depression medication and just giving it to God. The drugs helped but took away my vibrance and charm. It’s like you have to give to receive with medication. You give a part of yourself to fix the part of yourself that needs help. I stopped taking the meds about a week ago but I’m feeling a little depressed. However I love the feeling of being present.

there is so much in here that resonated so well. This is such a great video. I am going to add some notes I am taking and stuff that just stuck out to me in this comment but just want to thank you for a phenomenal video!! The intention is the most important thing. I remember seeing somewhere that a man lived till like 95+ and he would eat McDonald's everyday, but it was because he genuinely believed in his mind that it was healthy for him. it is all about intention and also how we condition our own minds and what we allow to condition our minds. The burger joint metaphor resonated crazyyy, listening to our bodies, and especially our gut is so important - We all perceive reality differently therefore, Reality is Subjective. - Knowing everything may lead to a hindrance in your spiritual journey, go at your own pace no need to go through this to get somewhere, this life is the journey, not the destination

There are some things about life that are kind of objective. If someone is a serial killer but they’re doing it because of overpopulation, should we still allow them to function how they are cause their intentions are good? This “everyone do what u feel like” kinda energy can be dangerous in my opinion. Structure is needed. Rules are needed. Understanding of right and wrong is needed. Right and wrong do exist just cause they’re intertwined don’t mean they’re not two separate forces with their own sets of consequences.

There are some experiences you don't need to have before you're ready. Mind altering substances are a slippery slope too. Escaping this current reality too often can create a lot of problems down the line

I actually had my spiritual awakening while on LSD (acid) most people experience this when they take LSD but not everyone takes the messages seriously. Me I reinforced the lessons I learned on LSD and have followed a spiritual path due to this. I think when it comes to psychedelics it just depends whether after the individual decides to continue the way they were and disregard what the drug induced spiritual experience taught them (or they just forget over time and settle back into the old ways). or whether the individual has a deeper feeling that makes the spiritual experience undeniable. I think this is the difference between old souls and most others is that they recognize the peaceful awareness and can note it down in there heads as a huge learning experience and refer back to this experience in times of doubt, whereas others who don't have as developed an intuition and general understanding of life (? possibly due to not living as many previous lives before). view this experience as just a useless drug induced lie, along with many other things, I find sane people to be the most deluded of all.

Hi Queen, I’m in my 50’s and I find your videos so enlightening. I stumbled upon your channel about a month ago about your loc journey and since I’ve decided to loc my hair, I’m always looking for videos that talk about the spirituality of our hair. I totally agree with things that alter our state of mind whether it be drugs, alcohol, processed food, or even caffeine for that matter. In my case I’ve noticed that I lose clarity when I drink caffeinated drinks and when I eat meat, particularly pork. Of course I’m not downing anyone who does it’s just my personal experience. Thank you so much for the content of your channel and keep doing what it is you’re doing, the world needs it!! Peace and blessings ❤️

I have bipolar and the pill/drug Seroquel saves my life. It made my irritation, delusions, addiction, lack of sleep, go completely away. I am pro-drugs and more people need them.

I agree with the natural avenue too, like a healthy diet, physical exercise and yoga, meditation, having good intentions or basically being a good person all these really help to ground you....understand yourself and mind on a deeper level, drugs will ruin your organs and make you dependent.. Nothing natural about that

After finding more healing in my mind than I knew to want, I do still recommend everyone get their mind right apartt from meds as well. There really is a lot to be gained

Physical age matters far less than it ever has. There are people who are still teenagers who have bought their first home while there are some people in their 30s, 40s & beyond who are still trying to figure out, how. There are people in their 80s, running their first marathons & even triathlons. I used to get a bit angry when someone I barely knew would ask me what my age is. I think it so rude! Not only that, it's obvious that they are trying to mentally stereotype me. I came up with a better way to handle it. I have several phrases: 1. My age is between 20 - 300, closer to 20. 2. Are you trying to sell alcohol or cigarettes to me? That's the only reason you might need to know a persons age. 3. I'm not a variety of cheese, so my age doesn't matter. 4. I just say "Yes" to whatever way they phrase it. Sometimes I'll say something totally ridiculous like, "Dolphins are purple" then I smile & walk away.

@@holisticflo Thank you for your reply. So many people out there are still believing of the standards & practices that applied 10 - 20 years ago, that no longer apply. The world has changed, while some people still cling to outdated ideas. 20 -30 years ago, it was considered normal for people to have all of their teeth removed, at around the age of 40, then, using dentures for the rest of their lives. It's what most people did. That is now considered rare, no longer the norm. Additionally, many people, as recent as 10 years ago, in or around their 40s, feared technology, were tech averse, didn't know how to use it. Now? Even people in their 70s & up, have cell phones, regularly use tech in their day to day lives. The list is long! :) People who cling to those ageist attitudes reveal their ignorance of the state of things in the world.

@@FreeSpirit47 Yes I did. It was back in either May or June of 2020 when I was in isolation from the friends i had at the time. Because it was just me and my own thoughts, I started to sit and meditate every day and become more aware of what my thoughts were. To be the observer of life more than the experiencer. That is around the time I also started this RU-vid channel to help others achieve the same joy

It wasn't really, it's kinda obvious that you don't have experience with mental disorders. But for newbies it's difficult to distinguish superficial information. Tell us what did you learn about them here that will actually help you in some real situation? Of course, taking medication isn't a guaranteed quick fix either, nobody is saying you should believe adverts, but dismissing them is equally wrong, you need to apply actual experience, no way to avoid it.

I'm in my 30s and having my first spiritual awakening that I know of.You hit the nail on the head about the depression meds and especially alcohol. I truly appreciate this channel it's nice too be part of a like minded community because this walk is very lonely at times. I've lost friends I've known since I was a kid, even family members that I find myself always explaining why I don't partake in certain activities anymore but not anymore. When you feel like your body’s falling your soul is actually falling. You are astral projecting. I’m trying to do it now. But once you are out of your body remember your thoughts actually create for you there. So you have to be at a level where you are good enough at recognizing negative and throwing them out quickly. Because you can create your own what Christian’s call hell. There is no hell but your thoughts can create one in the astral plane and you can get stuck and it can be scary. If that happens. Stop and recognize your thoughts throw and know how to throw away bad ones. Good ones to though. You got to focus where you want to go and do. That’s why in the Bible it says I created man in gods image. He means we also can create with our own thoughts. In real life too you can make your life positive by being open minded and thinking positive thoughts.

what you said about mental illness really applies to me. i have bpd, so i struggle a lot and i would definitely have an easier life without it. recently tho, i started seeing this disorder as something that just makes me feel everything deeper, both “good” and “bad” emotions. its like people like me feel energies like more than others. there are some positive traits that i have because of my bpd that can be associated with having my third eye open, i think. even tho i’ve never been consistent and haven’t done enough to open it myself. i’ve always had a strong intuition, as well as a lot of empathy. sometimes i have sleep paralysis, incredible out of body experiences and lucid dreams without doing anything to induce them myself. sometimes i see shadows in the corner of my eye both of people and small animals. its something very rare and i see these things for less than a second, but it all got to thinking there might be a strong relationship between mental illness and spirituality.

Thank you so much for this video for me I was called to stop smoking and at first I was like maybe I can make it to 10 days or maybe I can make it to two weeks but everything keeps pointing to just stop. And today I talk to someone at my job who’s 87 years old and he said he never smokes and never drinks only occasionally and that was probably the last sign that I needed. But I totally understand when you say someone is being chosen no matter what other people are doing.

Whenever I try to stop smoking weed, I get spiritual attacks overnight, I feel them in my calves and when I wake up its like I got switched realities where, when I go wherever I go, its like I manifested weed without consciously doing it and it just Comes to me and i fall in the Trap of the devil.. may god help us all

Wow the part you were talking about not eating the burger. Literally just yesterday had that going in my soul. “You need to eat and make more room for fruits and vegetables and you’ll gradually be done consuming flesh” 😮 I also have a+ blood type and I’ve seen before that we should adopt a more plant based diet since there’s a strong connection to the Earth element.

Four years taking ssri and yes it has helped my anxiety but I feel it taking away from my spiritual journey by numbing me and not fully being present. I’m ready to let it go! One week down forever to go😅

Hello, new subscriber. I just found your channel today, and I am loving it! Your videos on no friends and loneliness speak to me on a deep level. Please do a whole other video on the subject of mental disabilities being superpowers. As someone who has been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder (but does not need to take heavy antipsychotic medications), I would love to hear anything you have to say on this subject. I had what I thought was a dream one time, however, it turned out that I was having an out of body experience (which my brother saw, it scared him as he thought he was seeing a ghost, and ran back to our ma's bedroom to sleep for the rest of the night, and I saw him get scared and run to her bedroom even though I was asleep in bed, physically). I tell everyone I know this when it's relevant, and they think it's so cool that I've had this experience.

Yes I have something wrong but I also experienced molestation at the age of 5 I do think everything is fated I am not a predator I have 2 daughters I am a black woman age 27 the men I meet have dark almost sinister ways they think I can’t see but I’ve been awakened since the womb I knew he was sick and I played strategic mind games and broke a generational curse put on my matriarchal side
