All excellent tips. Some caution/comments/notes: Vitamin-C is extremely water soluble and very easily degrades in high temperature applications. Teeth whitening measures should include care to not actually affect/erode the enamel. And beware of cyanide content with in plant seeds when consuming. Basically, everything in moderation.

Banana Peels: Chop them up and put them into a jar, top with rum/tequila/vodka, and put the top on and put in a dark place for a few weeks. Shake it up and turn over the jar every few days. After it has infused, strain it and use it as banana extract in your baking or use as banana liquor in drinks.

Each of those powders can be added to smoothies, muffin mix(s), oatmeal and more not just for making a tea. On a face mask... try honey (real not fake) and turmeric powder.
