I once manifested my depression into a lucid dream. It took the form of a gigantic storm cloud in the shape of a ball and I just kinda screamed at it through the high winds and lightning. Felt super good waking up from it, like it was very cathartic.

I don't usually do too much when I'm in a lucid dream. I kind of enjoy just watching as everything unfolds around me.

my first lucid dream went something like this: so i was in a room and i was talking to someone. and some how we brought up that this isnt a dream and i said "oh really? well, watch this" and i legit just flew out the window and went like "oh wow, i guess this isnt a dream" i turned a dream into a lucid dream, just to prove a point to someone who doesnt exist

Never managed to intentionally lucid dream. But I did get pretty close to it (like I can remember the dream very vividly and feel like I had agency over what I was doing). I also have had dream memories mixed up with real memories. And not sneaky, real-like ones. I remember thinking I went to space as a child, and only realize that I did not when I made a similar dream, years after. I never really think about this "memorie" but it did feel real. Like a subconscious memory.

lucid dreaming is cool and all, but it really needs a multiplayer mode.

I have recently started having lucid dreams . . . I hope they continue! During one, I realized I was asleep and still did not wake up. So I decided to have some FUN! I went outside, and one of my dream characters told me to "watch this!" He bent down and scooped up a handful of sand, and threw it up into the air . . . it turned into a spaceship! AWESOME! So, still knowing that I was quite asleep, I tried to use the same technique to create a sports car. I grabbed a handful of sand and threw it and it fell, boringly, to the ground. I tried numerous times, and NOTHING. I think my mind was having a good laugh at itself. But these dreams ROCK. A few nights ago, I dreamed my dad was with me and talking about our guns. During the dream, I thought . . . "Didn't he die five years ago?" And then I looked closer at him and saw that he was much younger than he should be. That's when I realized I was actually asleep, but before I could start having some fun, I went back into deep sleep. DANG! And I LOVE looking in mirrors when lucid dreaming. I KNOW what I see will be scary! It's like my own personal MOVIE! That guy, by the way, is EVIL!!!!!

The first time I became lucid, I was 100 percent aware it was a dream. I definitely got to excited and woke up lol It was interesting because it was in my old high school with two of my friends. We were walking up the stairs when I became lucid. They kept walking and I just stopped even though I wanted to continue in with them and I slowly woke up.

Lucid dreaming comes naturally to me, ever since I was a kid. I used to have terrible nightmares when I was really young so I think my brain got sick of it and allowed me to alleviate the fear through awareness.. When I was in highschool my dreams were very sexual and I used to love it. Haha Just recently I had a dream walking around the cliffs with some randos, I realised it was a dream and jumped off hit the ground which turned into the ocean and then we were all swimming, o forgot I was dreaming for a bit but then remembered again and found myself back on the cliff. . It's fun and strange.

I use to have sleep paralysis almost every night for years until I started lucid dreaming and yelling "You shall not pass" at the "demon" under my bed. I only did this once or twice, but I completely stopped having SP after that. Still not sure why or how that worked. I also don't like meditating or listening to meditation music. The first couple of times I tried it worked great, but after that I started having the worst nightmares I've ever had.

Having a dream while I'm in a dream and realizing that my dream is not what I want so I wake up and don't fully realize that I'm still in a dream it's weird actually had a few three levels of dreams..but had never Hurd of lucid dreaming until stumbling across your channel and I have checked out some of the other dream channels.. haven't tried to do it yet lots going on in my real world that would curupt my Ney learning experiences ..I'll keep watching and prepping..thank you.

I just had my first Lucid Dream on accident and this was after a series of dreams that were wacky. But in this dream I finally reckognized "Hey, I'm in a dream" and then everything was dope as hell. I was walking around my house that wasn't even my house because it was structured differently and I walk up to the microwave just to look at it and when I turn around I see cases of pop cans and then all of a sudden I walk around the cases and I'm at McDonalds. Quickly after that I almost probably ruined my lucid dream as everything started to either get bright or dark, I couldn't tell you. And then I'm in this tall building with a beautiful view and I see the boys hanging out and I had a quick chat with them, and they were saying goofy ahh stuff so I dipped. And then I'm finally outside walking and for some reason one of the buildings was all beat up, and then all the other buildings were beat up. Before I knew it I said to myself "Am I in a Zombie Apocalypse?" and I turn around for a Walking Dead Walker to jump out at me and come to fuck me up, I grabbed a pistol out of no where and popped him in the head without trying. Then a squad came to save me and I woke up. Shit was dope.

While I have never lucid dreamed before, I often wake up remembering my dreams, at least for a short while. It's one of the many aspects of psychology that fascinate me. There are days where I feel as though I'm just dreaming or I'm not really there. Like when you get so lost in a book you forget about the real world, except it happens for long periods of the day. It's an odd feeling for sure and I wish I could turn this into lucid dreaming but I don't know how quite yet.

i once looked in a mirror in a lucid dream bc it was a routine of my daily life and holy crap it was scary. i had a smile which was like 10 inches wide with hundreds of teeth my eyes were so wide then i started deforming and it convinced me it was real life and i started losing sanity so i blacked out and i woke up. it took me a second to regain my sanity and realise what happened i cant describe the look really good but i remember it vividly and it scares me

So, you were talking about not dreaming about real life events. This is the first time I've heard about lucid dreaming, but when I was 4-5 I think I had a lucid dream. I was in my house and standing on the couch we had. In front of the couch was a coffee table. I jumped off the couch, and was floating between the couch and the coffee table. This was around 10 years ago, and I still remember to this day.

Your video helped me so much omg.. I used to try to lucid dream since a few years and everytime I was just waking but without making anything at all.. And according to your video now I know why. Everytime I became lucid I was just standing still, quietly and I was thinking about my irl body, wondering how tf I was supposed to move in the dream and ended up waking up, ALL THE TIME. I never got to do whatever in my dreams because of that, I didn't even know how to stabilize my dream and everytime I was thinking about that, everything went dark and I woke up..

I think like most, I dream in colour, I have "touchstones" or "markers" that let me know the dream is special, and can be trusted. I also dream cinematically. Meaning my dreams always have a beginning, a middle, and an end. And, I also have the ability to move objects, delete objects, or people at will, and move independently in my dreams. So much so, I once encountered someone in one, whose message I didn't like. So I shifted out of that dream. He followed. Five times, over five different dreams. He didn't leave me alone until I listened. It was, uhhhh... Weird. Considering I was essentially running away from myself. Lol But, and I don't want to call this a power, or an ability. It's more of a quirk honestly. But, sometimes. What I see, and encounter in these dreams are future occurrences. And yeah. They almost always come true. Especially if it's a warning for someone I care about. I dreamt of a girl I knew, that was standing petrified, who could only utter the words "I have to go" I gave her a hug, and told her not to worry. That it was going to be fine. In the real world. I told her about the dream. But couldn't clarify what it meant for her at that exact moment. A couple of weeks go by, and the girl finally tells me why she was worried. She thought she had bowel cancer. It was Crohn's disease. And I'd somehow predicted it by telling her not to worry. But not just that. The pain, the cramps, the diarrhoea. When she said in the dream "I have to go" she. Well. She meant it. The last dream was my mother, opening my bedroom door, and asking me where my father was. I mumbled something along the lines or "I told you already dammit. He's in the hospital." She mumbled something, and walked off down the hall towards my father's room, leaving my door open. Leaving me both pissed at her for leaving it that way. And yelling after her "WHAT. WHAT!!" I woke up with a start, which is normal for these dreams. And wondered what the hell that was about. My mother had been dead for just over six months at this stage. My father died the next day. So am I a lucid dreamer? I dunno. But I have some friggin weird ones I'll tell you.

Hey, the thing you said that we should not close our eyes is very true. I have experienced it. However it is a nice technique to get out of a bad dream lol!

One trick I use is constantly asking people what the date is. 99.9% of the time that I ask someone in a dream, they always say something nonsensical.

the one about the thinking of ur body is true. i could feel the exact position i was sleeping in and was starting to wake up. if this happens just distract yourself immediately by going and doing something. this made the feeling go away and i was back in the lucid dream

My dreams, lucid or not, usually end with my dream body (sometimes I’m me, somebody else or just looking through eyes). During a nightmare, I bounced from body to body (multiple dying from the swarm of genetically-modified monsters) and I fought not to wake up, because the person I left would pass out just as the room crawled with these things. I prefer being a viewer than actor, because it becomes the best movie experiences.

The moment I realize I’m dreaming, the first thing I do is rocket up into dark space for a few seconds, then I arc backwards and plunge downward through the ground as fast as I can go. I’ll rocket around the dark for as long as the dream lasts. I’ll usually get about 10 seconds before I wake up. What a thrill.

A lot of times I’ll just be dreaming, and for NO REASON randomly realize I’m dreaming, and then FOR SOME REASON open my real eyes and wake up instead of doing lucid dream crap.

Iv watched some lucid videos now. I realise im doing more lucid than im aware of. I often have dreams like im in the forest or something. My way of solving number 9: Create special lucid dreaming friends. In my case, that could be very easy. I write fantasy and sci-fi and I can just wish for one of my characters to appear and we can have a chat or something. That is my main drive when it comes to learning to lucid dream.

Wow this is great info. I control my Lucid dreams but I noticed that when I tried to project someone like Salma Hayek it did not work. Then I started getting scared because I was not in control anymore and my dream started acting on its own. Also I remember when I had my second Lucid dream I was so excited that I tried everything fast. Example flying over waterfalls and gardes and flying over my childhood house. I need to slow it down more. Lucid dream is so amazing because you first start out in a regular dream then you realize that your dreaming and everything is a second becomes very vivid. Im having the time of my life right now. I wish I could record my lucid dream to show my family and friends. But thats impossible lol
