Took 3 months of consistent reality checks, sleeping healthy, and dream journaling to have my first LD. Lasted only about 30 seconds but it was completely worth it.
I've had like 3 and every single one has ended couple of seconds after realizing I'm dreaming. Although I'm really not trying properly mostly because i don't want to make a good sleep schedule
@Duck it's alright, it happens to the best of us. I'm one of the best. Yeah, um.. He got me too, but i did think it was a rick roll. I had to make sure. But I'm not disappointed. The music was fun. I started dancing
Just a couple of tips, the reality checks and the dream journal are important. As to the journal use a voice recorder when you first wake up, and then transcribe that to paper. Also when you record your dream don't use past-tense, treat it like your still in the dream. (i.e IT'S raining, or I'AM flying) Just a few things I learned back in the early 90's when I researched lucid dreams. Sweet dreams.
What helped me lucid dream for the first time purposefully, was writing down “I will lucid dream tonight” on a peice of paper filling up the whole page, went to sleep thinking about what to do on my dream, woke up, counted my fingers, and then realized I was dreaming.
mine are always like that, my three repeating nightmares are 1: being chased by a badly drawn cut out of a giant dragon through a foregin city with my mom, then escaping it into a pool 2: Being in an indoor playpark in whiteness nothingness with a repeating room with the playpark in it, then finding my way out into a room with an infinite bench in it, then an eight foot tall spiderman walked in as my mom teleported to the other side of the infinite bench and a table appears in front of me, the giant spiderman then proceeds to try to steal some keycard from me 3: (this one is by far the worst) me and my family arrive at some swedish looking red cottage farm house with heart shaped windows lined with white planks (Yes it's that detailed) and i'm told we're going to some coctail party being held becouse the owner of the house and get this, her pet raccoon died....ok, well inside the house there's black and white checkered floors and an impossable looking staircase supported by noting and a bunch of fancy people celebrating some ladys death, i ask what she died from, well apperently she died cause whilst going upstairs she hit her poisonous chandelier.....no i'm not kidding....so then my parents tell me we should go upstairs where the bodys are becouse we can bring them back to life, i refuse and get forcefully dragged upstairs where i brush up against the death-chandelier so now it becomes psychological torture at this point becouse i think i'm going to die. So we get upstairs as my parents keep ignorig the fact i'm dying where we see the body of the lady and the raccoon posed like in an egyptia grave almost but without the theming, just equally purpoisefully looking. There's some damn coin slot where if you put a coin you can bring them back to life and i want to bring the raccoon back but my parents refuse, saying only the woman will get brought back and i'm left there crying, the end All of these i've semi consistently had since i was like 4 years old, idk man...
I recently had a lucid dream where I was looking at my phone. This may sound boring, but it actually wasn't. I knew I was dreaming, and I was observing how my phone would behave in my dream. All the text on the screen was gibberish, and I kept looking away, looking back at the phone, and laughing at the new text that my generated. But the most interesting part is that half the text looked like it was in German. I have been learning German for about a year, and this was the first time it appeared in one of my dreams.
I know it's a joke but I've actually had a lucid dream like that lol, like I purposefully fell asleep in my dream and then became lucid and was able to control that that dream²
@@__________________________.... depends if you are "dreaming about having a lucid dream" which is essentially a lucid dream or if you are just "dreaming about the topic" because you can dream about lucid dreaming like for example the story of your dream being about lucid dreaming but still not get lucid
@@danieleanzaldi Hi, I have dreams with big stories and they really feel real and I also remember them. But I wasn’t lucid or anything but I remember them almost everyday. I don’t know why I am able to do this even without trying to do steps of lucid dreaming or remembering dreams. My dreams also have quite a big of a story and I remember the feeling and it really feels like a real story I was in, but I wasn’t even lucid or trying to be lucid. And I have many returning places in my dream that I remembered from other dreams I had in the past. And another thing about the realism feeling is that sometimes when I wake up I feel confused for a second of where I am and I’m still thinking/worrying about things that happen in my dream ( sometimes, because some of my dreams include me being very late for school ). I can tell you some of mine, but what’s the meaning of being able to remember such big stories that you dreamed? Well not too big but quite big.
I lucid dream almost every night. Tip: before going to bed, set a scene in your mind and imagine different sinarios from that and when you fall asleep, you’ll hopefully be in control.
I dunno man, I do that every day and I haven't had a lucid dream in a long time. Going to sleep in the morning after waking up used to do the trick for me though, had a few lucid dreams just by doing that back in the day. Granted I haven't had any luck with that recently.
I always lucid dream, but sometimes I have a nightmare and when I realize it's a dream AS I'M DREAMING, right before I'm "put into danger" I force my self to wake up. Like, I literally slap myself in my dreams....I know, weird.
I learned controlling my dreams cuz when I was a kid I would uncontrollably wet myself every other night after dreaming that I'm peeing. Once I figured that I shouldnt pee in my dreams it stopped and I was also in control of my other unrelated dreams. Pretty insane, I never actually thought about this.
This is weird for me to read because one of the "tells" that I'm in a dream is trying to use a public bathroom that is really lacking in privacy. Usually I can use the toilet with no problem, it's just really uncomfortable because people can see me. But IRL everything is dry.
I have a similar experience but to stop myself from having nightmares. I still haven’t had a lucid dream but in around half of my nightmares, when something bad is about to happen to me, I somehow think “wait that’s not possible. I am alive and I have plot armor” and I change the bad event to have a better outcome so I don’t get hurt 😂
Weird, I feel this is very similar to my childhood and have been LD & dream chaining since I was young, when ever I would wet the bed I would pee in the dream & wake up to a wet bed, once I learnt to think about not wetting the bed so much I’d fall asleep with only that on my mind until I could wake up to go to toilet during the night. Since then I’ve been able to control my dreams.
fr! I had that problem too! Like I basically just SEE a TOILET in my dream, and it just feels like i have to do it, thinking it doesnt have anything to do in real life!@@mamabear9467
Fr. I want to do this but all I’m going to dream about is me being with spider-man and helping him fight crime. I had a dream that I drowned and I literally couldn’t breathe for a bit and I ended up waking up.
I learned how to do this as a kid. I used to have really weird and terrifying nightmares as a kid and I would always wake up sweating or running to my parents room. I eventually found out that I could recognize when I was having a nightmare and make it less scary
That's literally me, although since I can remember, I always know when I'm dreaming, but I couldn't control and sometimes couldn't even wake up, but when i was 10 if I remember correctly, I started controlling them, I just started, I don't even know how, now I don't have nightmares, because I either make myself a) befriend the monster in the dream b) Kill it or c) just make them desintegrate, and it's cool because I can control everything else too
@@alannadcarmo9279 that's me too but what i would do when something was chasing me i would just turn around at let me kill by it and boom i woke up and it was over, that was the easiest thing to do there haha
As someone who has always lucid dreamt and had near complete control of dreams since like age 5, here are some of the coolest techniques I learned throughout childhood: 1. Rewinding dreams (it's great when you make a terrible decision within a dream and want a do-over) 2. A few techniques to wake up on command (the one I use the most is sharply turning my head to the side: it causes my head to turn in real life and then wake myself up) 3. If I'm sleeping on my side with my ear to a pillow I can listen to my heartbeat on command within dreams
My most memorable lucid dream happened when I was in middle school, and that was my dream's backdrop. All my classmates were in the parking lot, so I turned them all into zombies then jumped on their heads like stepping stones, then flew away because the zombies were freaky.
@@LyraPyxisVT people would never know for sure. They might have lied aha it's evidence is impossible however if he had thought about it being a dream a lot he would have woken up so it's probably not true
i’ve accidentally lucid dreamed a couple of times, like for example i would fall into some water and attempt to hold my breath, but then when i can’t hold my breath anymore i just breath in and then im like “oh crap, this is a dream, i cant drown” and usually then i just wake up right after ;-;
I suffered from a lot of nightmares when I was younger so just naturally did this to turn scary things cool. Now I'm an author so I play out scenes to work out how things will work. I love it ❤
I had a dream where i asked one of my friends that am i dreaming and they said yes then i asked them "so i can do what ever i want?" And my friend answered to me "no you will get into trouble" and i believed that somehow 😅
@@moonduck2556 It does. The first time I got a lucid dream I was so excited that I literally felt myself being pulled back to reality and waking up. I had to calm my dream self first before everything was stable.
As a child i used to do this unknowingly. Due to school and study issues I got insomnia and anxiety when trying to fall asleep. I remember that time and I just felt so good in those days i wanna be like that again
I as a kid used to have these terrifying dreams where someone was chasing me but I felt like it was really happening and I could actually control which way I ran. Then researched lucid dreaming and realized I did it naturally. Practiced doing it a lot in high school and got many, many lucid dream experiences. Unfortunately, when you realize that you are in a dream you run the risk of being aware of your real body and at that point you usually just wake up. Flying and walking through walls was quite easy. Summoning objects, shooting fireballs...that was really difficult and never could quite get that right. Looking at hands, always showed more fingers. Looking at a clock, always distorted. Walking through mirrors was exactly like The Matrix, you go into a different room. Talking to "NPCs" and showing them your powers was particularly entertaining as they gasped at awe. And lastly, talking to a deceased one and asking them what they were doing in your dream yielded the most amazing results. Mostly they just say that you are not dreaming but after pushing your luck they cave and say they are indeed in your dream. Keeping a dream journal is vital to jot down every detail no matter how sure you are that you will remember the details in the morning (you won't). Never was able to meet any celebrities in dreams though. I still have occasional lucid dreams without trying but they probably just last a few seconds. What helps is once you realize you are lucid, to actually shout "I'm lucid!" and then you feel more in control. When feeling like you're losing connection in the lucid dream it helps to rub your hands together, spin or try and teleport to another location. But overall you usually lose lucidity and wake up if you become too lucid and become aware of your real body while dreaming.
Whenever I get a lucid dream by accident, I get really excited and then after a couple seconds of trying to do do something cool, I wake up immediately after because too much excitement unfortunately.
I've been going at this for over 10 years and found it takes a lot of practice to change things and not get excited and wake yourself up. That's the hard part. I have set items that I go looking for once I'm awaken inside the dream: clocks, keys, transport, street names, Time of day or night, full moons (in night time dreams, very blue) and the edge of the dream where it shimmers into blackness. I also found there are a number of different types of dreams: Normal dream doesn't last long about stupid stuff, Nightmares and or sexual dreams which I found some were not instigated by me and once I challenged the demons the nightmare collapsed (lesson don't play with succubus), Messages from past family: seemed so real like a lucid dream and I knew I was in control of everything that I was asking, but the dream was not constructed by me. Messages from something a few times(maybe spirit guide or angel, I have no idea, didn't see them and didn't recognise the voice): They bring me up to a semi conscious level of a dream state from a deep sleep and give me the message. I found always try to take notice of everything, even the simplest things like mowed lawn. They will all give you hints to a much bigger picture. It's handy to draw or illustrate an item that stands out in the dream. Excellent vid, congrats it can be frustrating, but they will come more frequently the more you try.
Banger video 🔥 ps: what worked really well for me, is waking up in the middle of the night, waiting 30 mins and going back to bed, convincing myself that I was about to lucid dream. Give it a try 🤣
I think I had this lucid dream where I was on this "dream yacht" (literally a yacht that had a bunch of dreaming people hanging out) sort of thing, and I saw someone sit on a stack of books and was like: wait, I'm in a dream! Can't I just... **Looks up to where books are out of view** **tries to turn the stack of books into a spike** but it didn't work :(
@@duck-cc4qu That is not how you would control your dreams but however it's a good thing that didn't happen because if something bad happens in a dream and you caused it, it is very bad for your mental health.
being able to gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, or environment sounds amazing. For some, this is an escape from reality into a magical world restricted only by their imagination. Now I understand why it's all over RU-vid.
I just remembered once when I was in a nightmare, and things were getting scary, I told myself, "that's enough, I got to wake up now" and I did! That was a very interesting experience. Our brain is very fascinating.
one time i was in a nightmare and was kidnapped by killer clowns or something so i decided to remember it was a dream and kinda turn the tables on the clowns lol

I have a lot of lucid dreams in general, in one of them it was like a nightmare, and in my dream I was like.. "wait, is this a dream? If it is, I shouldn't feel any pain" and then I pinched myself and realized I didn't feel anything and so I was like "I want to wake up" and I started slapping myself to get ouf of this dream. But instead of waking up in reality, in my dream, I woke up in my room but I was still dreaming. It was so weird and it happens to me a lot. Where I like, wake up in my room but I don't actually wake up. It's freaking terrifying when it happens bc it's usually a loop. Like, I try to wake up over and over but I still wake up in a dream. But yeah, that's about it. Idk what this means, I hope it's something good since I haven't really researched enough to know about dream analysis stuff sooo yeah.
A few tips for a possible second attempt: To remember dreams, it helps to wake up during REM sleep, which is when dreaming happens. One sleep cycle takes about 1hr and 30 min, so if you set an alarm for 1.5 hrs for like 3 or 4 times a night you might have better results.
I've practiced for about 4-5 weeks and managed to get one in and literally the same as yours. Step 1: Fly Step 2: Do something awesome Step 3: Get really scared and wake up For me it was flying into the sky and then getting lost in the galaxy. I woke up and right away had to tell my whole family about it.
I tried for like 2 weeks and gave up one day I decided to cover my nose with my fingers in a dream and still could breath through it all I did was "wow this is cool man lemme just spawn a rice with fish I don't even know and eat it"

As an experienced lucid dreamer, I can assure you it gets more wild the more you master it. It can get to the point of not being able to differentiate between the real world and the dream world, since everything feels so real.
please don't say stuff like "not being able to differentiate between the real world and dream world." This is what scares people into not wanting to learn this skill, and it is simply not true. Yes, dreams feel identical to waking life, but part of being a lucid dreamer is learning how to better differentiate between waking life and dreams. Learning to lucid dream will NOT cause you to confuse dreams and reality, it will actually help you learn to better distinguish between the two states (unlike a non-lucid dreamer who confuses dreams for reality every night when they sleep). After all, it's not a lucid dream unless you know you are dreaming, right? 😉
@@luak4303 Many people are afraid of this, and its one of the main reasons people are afraid of lucid dreaming. @@timeforchange2539 if you were a lucid dreamer, you should have been able to tell reality from dreams much better than the normal person. I'm going to emphasis what I said above: It's not a lucid dream unless you KNOW that what you are currently experiencing is only a projection of your own mind. The longer you practice this skill, the wider the divide between your dreams and reality becomes (as opposed to those lines blurring together).

What REALLY helps to lucid dream more often is do to a "dream check" a couple of times a day in real life (like trying to put your finger through your hand) and then you will actually start to do that in your dream thus making it into a lucid dream.
@Milo Dog best thing to do is try to read something. In dreams the letters will be blurry if you try to read something. Sometimes I get dreams where I see myself in third person.
@@devika2545 I read all the time in my dreams, it's never blurry or otherwise difficult; literally last night I had a dream that was mostly based around reading text, because in it I got (and was trying to deal with) a computer virus. I don’t even know if this is possible but one time I had a really cool lucid dream that lasted A WHOPPING 4 DAYS (I didn’t sleep for 4 days, I mean that when I went to bed, my dream continued from where I had left it!) It was like a whole story and now I tell it to everyone lol 😂 (Edit: story of my dream in the replies 👇)
Same, I generally will pick which dream I have before I go to bed by “priming” my subconscious and I’ll just finish a story if I think I didn’t finish properly the night before
I have these "story-line" controllable dreams all the time. I'm not usually completely sentient but It's like playing an interactive video game. I watch a character go through a plot and if I feel like something should happen it just does. I can have them over the course of a few weeks or even start one at one point and get the sequel a month later or something.
Just woke up from a 3 day controllable lucid dream and my longest one was 10 days (i tried doing the same thing in real life . It did not work) i was 5 year old
Before watching, as someone who has a ton of lucid dreams I'd like to say one word of advice. When you are lucid dreaming, never acknowledge the fact that you are. Like you know that you are, but never actually think about that. That's because whenever I do, the whole dream collapses on itself and I am forced to wake up.
I’ve never had this problem, so this advice is back to you- No outcome is universal in a dream, different people have different problems and whenever you find yourself having a problem with waking up or loss of dream control, there’s always a way to fix it. So yeah. Your problem with waking up upon thinking about you being lucid is a completely normal and fixable problem.
@@vuice6601 I will try to fix it next time I dream. The main problem used to be that my drean would eject me in a sense. But now it's that when I acknowledge it, normally some random song starts playing in my brain or I just can no longer focus on the dream. It's weird.
@@TheBeesies Yeah I get that a lot. Have you heard of dream chaining? It’s like the vanilla WILD technique, except extremely fast, and it’s meant for re-entering a lucid dream upon a predetermined waking. The 4 steps for it are: 1. Wake up from a dream. This one needs no explaining as you can do it on accident. 2. Keep yourself sleepy and don’t tell your brain you want to stay awake (I.E. don’t move too much, try to keep your eyes closed when waking up from your lucid dream). 3. Use an anchor of choice to pay attention to for the next step. If you don’t know what an anchor is, that’s fine, you can just try to stay conscious during these next steps. 4. If you’ve succeeded in dream chaining, you should be re-entering a dream. This process is extremely easy and it’s even easier done than said. All you have to do now is wait for the lucid dream to reform and continue on your way. And that’s dream chaining really. Something additional to note is that if you think you’re about to exit your lucid dream, prepare to not move much and keep your eyes closed just incase.

Thing about REM dreams usually is that they run (mostly) on old memory, so habits you develop today may only reveal themselfs after month or so. and the thing with reality checks is that you have to convince yourself each time you check reality that this very moment you are in, might in fact be a dream, In dreams you are convinced of whatever reality you are in to be legit, sometimes i am 100% convinced that i am someone else and i never been who i am in the first place.
His first lucid dream was very similar to mine. In my first lucid dream I was on a walk with my family, then I randomly started flying and after my family told me to get back down I spawned a chicken and threw it at them
Same! I once had a lucid dream where me and my dear were riding horses on a beautiful sunny grass field next to a medievalish town - it was just so relaxing, I didn't even try to change it although I knew it was a lucid dream... The most I did was tell him that we should go to a trail in a rainforest, it was my favorite dream in my life, I wrote it down as soon as I woke up and I can remember it to this day (probably because of that)
Years ago I was able to do this quite often and quite reliably. The only thing I was able to do was make myself wake up if I had a certain type of dream. It actually worked quite well.
Not me haha. I dream vivid dreams every single night and always remember them. It honestly baffles me that people can just... not dream. Like that sounds so weird to me!
The key to lucid dreaming are actually the Reality Checks. While the dream diary is also very important, the Reality Checks are what make you realize that you are in fact dreaming, because they remind you to question yourself if you are currently asleep or awake. I think that's where most people fail, because you have to do them multiple times a day to remember to do them in dreams too, and that's hard to do
Nah. I had one without reality checks. I think the thing is to notice a difference in your environment. In my case, my white laptop was black. And that got me thinking.
@@ShayPatrickCormacTHEHUNTER yeah, it's about noticing that things are weird. If you can do it without reality checks, that's good for you. But most people - especially beginners - use the RC's to remind themselves to question their environment :)

I'm surprised in his dream he wasn't like "I wonder what would happen if I took a cardboard rocket to Mars?" Because that sounds like him in real life.
I lucid dream often with intention. Get into the habit of paying attention to detail in the regular day and when you dream you will start to thing and then see that you're in a dream. You can choose to continue the dreams path and not acknowelage you're dreaming or completely stop and look at things knowing. It resembles a magic mushroom trip almost 100%. Its beautiful and may feel like drugs depending how sensational it is with your senses. I lucid dream a few times a week. I am even excited to sleep now. :)
I started to try and lucid dream 7 years ago and kind of always did the same ritual. Now i can control most of them. I love lucid dreaming. I can narrate, make myself go from first person to 3rd, and talk to myself about me dreaming (which is kinda creepy 😅). I can also remember where I left off and continue the dream sometimes. This one time when I was dreaming I got to a point where I realized I was in a dream so I was in this pure white land scape and I was like “I need to wake up now” so I moved my torso towards the ground and the motion continued when I woke up, like I physically got up so it felt like a really smooth transition from dreaming to waking up and that was the coolest thing that's happened to me whilst dreaming.
the smoothest transition i've had from dream to wake up is randomly dreaming about being on a boat, then i fell into the water and had that falling sensation and even kind of saw myself falling into my bed (though i'm not sure if that was part of my dream or if it was me just randomly hallucinating it as i was waking up, and i don't have lucid dreams much if at all)
I once had a dream when i was walking up the stairs in my house and just went "is this a dream?" And then for some reason i realized that it was a dream without any reality checks and then i said "okay, this is a dream so i can just open my eyes and wake up." And then i woke up. Another dream i had very recently and i think it's one of the most vivid dreams I've gotten was that my brother who lives in a different city came to visit us and in that dream i thought "is this a dream?" And then i went "no, this is too real to be a dream" and so i kept dreaming and thinking that it's real. That was very cool though because it's never happened to me before that I didn't realize i was dreaming. Usually i realize that immediately.
I once got stuck in my lucid dream, I accidentally lucid dreamed one day and I was freaking terrifying. Yes i'm stupid Update after 8 days that I posted this comment: so I'm gaining less consciousness in my dreams but I'll try to lucid dream again
whenever i've been able to just relax and rest, i'll be able to lucid dream from time to time-- but i don't even take too much control. i just turn on creative mode and start flying around and admiring the view.
I just had my first one accidentally during a short nap!!! it was a regular dream until it eventually transitioned into a lucid dream, once I realized, I just started gliding along this Wegmans parking lot. then I decided to fly around. my hands looked weird too, sort of disproportionate. (this is the crazy part) immediately as I thought that, I heard my sister in the real world blowing one of those wooden train whistles and that broke the dream. I slowly woke up and my eyes shot open.
My first time trying to lucid dream I spend a hole week on another life, like days felt as slow as normal time. It got a little terrifying because I thought that I will never get out of it. But it was a really nice experience. None of the people that I met in my dream I never met them.
Dream journaling is a great way to reach lucid dreams, but it needs to be paired with other methods like daily reality checks, and manifestation or else it may take ages to get a lucid dream. Brilliant video!
i have lucid dreams sometimes but i can never create things or cause things to happen, however every time i want to do something since ofc im aware it's a dream, another person in the dream comes up and does it effortlessly
i think i used to lucid dream when i was young because i distinctly remember floating down the stairs and finding it really easy but im not sure because i also had dreams where i met family that passed before i was born and it was all so real and my mum says it might be something to do with abilities to communicate with the passed and i just dont have them well enough to be able to communicate irl. but idk tho
I USED TO GET SO MANY LUCID DREAMS My favorite was one that started where I was being chased by snakes through a jungle. At that point I suddenly realized, "oh shit, this is a dream" and so I promptly flew out of the greenery, feeling happy I could control things. A short moment later the snakes started to fly after me too, so I remember using my will power to teleport me to Hogwarts! Once there I have a vague memory of getting sorted into Hufflepuff and going to a common room with lots of yellow pillows. But the best part: I found Luna Lovegood sitting at the edge of the castle, legs dangling off of an open stone ledge. The archway above the ledge was huge, and gave a beautiful view of the sky and the mountains in the far distance. I remember walking over and sitting next to her, my legs dangling out into the fresh air as well as we talked. We just talked for a while-I hardly remember what it was about-but it was peace at it's finest. We watched the sunset in front of us as our quiet conversation continued, and then I woke up. Best dream I've ever had, hands down.
I've been a lucid dreamer for like the last 5 years now, and if anyone wants advice for this, don't get too lucid. It's took me so many instances of becoming too aware of my dream and forcing myself awake. So many points I recognise that I'm in my dream, but if I keep pushing the "recognised" narrative the people around me in those dreams notice and I end up abruptly waking. I find the best way in my lucid experiences so far, is once you recognise the dream, almost let yourself fall asleep a second time (in that dream) and relax yourself - for most of these instances I can then do whatever I want in those dreams and drag the dream out so that it feels like a long experience. I somehow have a good mental memory for my dreams and can recall at least 10-15 minutes worth of dialogue to someone what happened in that dream. My whole lucid experience started as a kid with recurring nightmares (the exact same instance) and gradually being able to control it more and more and now over the years i've got really creative with my dreams.
I had a lucid dream last night, and it was honestly beyond my expectations. It was like I could control everything happening in the dream (almost like a video game), and I could do whatever I wanted (Fly, walk through walls, etc.) You guys should definitely try this, it’s amazing.
How long did it take you to finally lucid dream? How long did it last? How did it end? Did it feel just like real life? My apologies if some of these questions have already been answered in the video. I’m typing this comment prior to watching as I’m in class right now. But seriously, I’m genuinely curious about your experience.
@@bughendove9221 1. I wasn’t actually trying to lucid dream, it just kinda happened. 2. I can’t remember how long it lasted, but it felt like it lasted around 10 minutes mby? 3. It just ended like a normal dream I guess. It was kinda random. 4. It felt real (as if I wasn’t actually dreaming), but at the same time I didn’t know any of the people in the dream or where I was. Sorry if this was confusing lol
@@bughendove9221 it took me a long time to lucid dream but I also wasn't that consistent with it. There are a ton of methods to try. Also, lucid dreams can feel like they last forever but really only last a few minutes, so that's pretty cool. I've had some lucid dreams that were super foggy, and others that were 100% like real life to the point where I didn't want to move because I was scared I was doing all the actions in the dream irl.
