Great recommendations (especially beach chair rentals, transportation, food, and Luaus). Mahalo! 🌺🌺🌺We are making our second visit this summer. I definitely learned to do things differently after visiting last summer. Hawaii is beautiful , the people are amazing, however, cost are expensive. Thanks for the valuable information. 🤙🏽

To add on to #12 for the beach 🏖️. My tip is to purchase a 4-5 ppl beach tent ⛺ and pack it up in your luggage 🧳. This had been a life saver for my family of 5 on beach vacations. The beach tent storage bag is small as or even smaller than a standard backpack 🎒

Gypsy guides and viator also have tours for the islands! We used them for our trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park for our anniversary last year and plan to use them for Oahu this year! They also do history info and music with their audio tours:) The audio tours are usually $7-$30 depending on location and in depth content.

In Honolulu (Waikiki) we like to attend church service at the Kawaiiahao Church, Hawaii's oldest, for December Christmas services. The bus from Kuhio to Punchbowl is really convenient.

Your guide n tips on Ala Moana Hotel (n other hotels in Waikiki) was super helpful! I decided n stayed at Ala Moana Hotel for 4 nights in October 2022 last year! I loved it n can’t wait to go back to Honolulu again!! Love Honolulu!! 👍🥰

We have been to three different luaus The one at the Royal Hawaiian was incredible. The food was magnificent, Entertainment fabulous. The atmosphere with Diamond Head as a backdrop amazing. BUT it was expensive. The Diamond Head luau was also a great experience. Almost as good as The Royal Hawaiian. The best value by far is Germaine's. Pick up on Koa St. and the overall experience is great. To sum up, all are worth checking out depending on your disposable income. Bottom line is I would splurge and go to the Royal Hawaiian. Stay there too. We did and have no regrets about the cost. P.S. The Polynesian Cultural Center is also very good, but NO Mai Tais, beer or anything alcoholic. We only did the dinner there.

We are visiting Oahu now as we have picked it the best for us to see so many things that we missed on the cruise. And we booked off site for our car it was $500 difference and that does not include parking at the resort

Correct cheesecake factory has huge portions… yes we use those coupons as well for entertainment and food… we take d bus from airport to hotel…$2.75 per person and no worries on parking cant beat it … even with carry on… we usually make sure we can carry d bag on our lap …we’ve even taken the bus to diamond head, hanuma bay, one time used d bus to circle waikiki… abc has good grab and go foods early in day is best.. happy hour in halekulani also is good…great ambience…yes luv dq… costco has diff food from mainland good experience…good tips

Watched to #13. All great suggestions. Mahalo. I don't think I heard you mention free parking. There are a couple of places in Waikiki, but I won't name them. Sometimes it's bloody hard to find a spot. I keep circling until one opens up. We'll be back in Waikiki in December but I guess you'll be on your world tour. Maybe we'll see you in Croatia or Venice. Thank you so much for all the tips are the information about the rental cars and stuff. I really appreciate it. We are planning on coming July 14 till the 23rd. I wanna buy more cool pies on how to save money on the hotel. The food was really good and the activities how to get in I do they have like a coupon book that you could buy to save money on the activities in different like spa treatments different days.
