im flying out tomorrow to see you 12-13 workshop 💪🏽 P.S I see your content for 2 years and this is the best video you did in my opinion. In general those long x years in y minutes video have been overall the ones i feel i learned the most from and i know the best way i can provide you value is letting you know what works being exactly your target audience!
Hi Alex I need to know I atleast wrote this. Im a subscr8ber for some time now and i always know im gonna start a bussiness. Never know what but i felt your value. Now I have an idea and just waited for my mom's vacation to finiah, Cuz she believed that it was for me. Now im back and already started on the first day. Your videos hit different now. When you talk I can think ot my own example with my idea. I want to open a pawn shop at first. Just yestsrday i was thinkin that i WILL buy some VERY cool and VERY expensive stuff and put a price on them, even tho I know its gonna stay forever. And thats okay. Now I play your video and YOU say the same idea to me. That bulds confidents. I jailbreak kinda knew something that you said. You are awesome - Thank you.
Love your content, bro. Huge fan. There's just one thing. The steroid use of you and your wife. It's your prerogative. But, bro, it's cheating. And, it chips away at your character and credibility.
Why is it that everyone that successful is always done some filthy stuff like this guy is telling me to lie and manipulate ,that’s why it’s called filthy rich 😂😂😂😂
A buddy of mine was in the funeral business. I said to him, hey did you ever think about expanding your market to not dead people? Just like that overnight he 10x his market. He's murdering doing $250 mil a year right now. He just had never though about live people before.
I have a similar friend. Guy was breathing. I asked him if he’d ever thought about selling air instead of just sucking it all in. Lightbulb went off and now he’s the second richest person in Canada. The opportunities are literally right under your nose.

I always wonder how Alex is more generous with his business knowledge than Elon Musk or Steve Jobs ever was yet we celebrate them rather than celebrating Alex. Alex is extremely underrated.
It’s because part of Alex’s business model is creating a social media brand. He’s intentionally delivering the most valuable information possible to grow his audience and brand. Steve and Elon’s businesses don’t have that aspect to it. God bless Alex for sharing all this and making the world a better place
Steve jobs died about the same time RU-vid really took off on mobile. Steve Jobs only made it through a few iPhones. Elon on the other hand does thousands of hours of content.
Great insights and solid advice. Here' a few of my takeaways. - Testimonials sell better than you. Increase sales conversion. - Grind it out and sell before you pay to acquire customers. Control your CAC. - Retention is key. Fix the leaky bucket. - Scale Growth in one channel, ideal customer profile - Talking to customers fixes everything - Price increase to keep pace with inflation and reduce risk in your business There's more...
17:10 I did something similar when I was in car sales. Put screenshots of about 20 reviews on one of those digital picture frames that would cycle through them and kept it on my desk. The positive response was overwhelming and you don’t have to say a word.
Thanks, Hormozi. This video is so invaluable. I’m a program director and salesman at a martial arts school. Been at it for 4 years. So many points you hit are confirmation. Our business is about to soar.
5 Reasons Someone DOESNT Do Something 1. Communicate Clearly - They Didn’t know WHAT needed to be done. 2. Training - Didn’t know HOW to do it. or how it needed to be done. 3. Timeline - Didn’t know WHEN it needed to be done 4. Motivation - knew the top 3. But didn’t WANT to do it. (Non-monetary rewards - praise, kudos, freedom, reinvesting into them attention. 5. Blocks - Something is blocking progress, lacks resource to get the job done. (Net, eggs, item, program) ATTACK THE REASON, NOT THE PERSON.
For posterity 44:25 (and next many minutes after) charging upfront for longer duration per “look back window” - pure gold and wonderful concise explanation. This part of video alone is worth 💰💰💰 Literally was just revisiting pricing strategy on this concept 🙏💯
The first 25 minutes are pure gold for early stages of business. I'm talking from experience. You give me some reminders that I really need sometimes, just to confirm that I'm on the right tracka
The amazing thing about this video is Alex has structured each point to progress with the different challenges business owners face as their business progresses.
I love how everything he says has value. He is deliberate with every word. No fluff. And he says a lot of the same stuff in more of his content but I need to hear it often and multiple times. We all appreciate everything you do
"The hard work of entrepreneurship is the failure that you're inevitably going to encounter, by not knowing what you're doing and then taking action-steps despite that, with the idea that you will eventually succeed, if you don't stop. ... The whole journey of entrepreneurship is turning the unknown into the known, through trial and error." -- Alexander Hormozi THANK YOU SO MUCH for all these priceless insights all along the video.
Alex, I loved the part where you said, "Things are stressful in general. Welcome to life." Found it funny and true. And Thanks for the value in every video.
This man ,has helped me sleep better at night, I thought something was wrong with me , All i get from him is that its okay not to know , which means you can cover that gap.
#4 is where I always get lost. I tend to try to do 10 things at once, instead of focusing on whatever my main product/service is. Do 1 thing masterfully, instead of 10 things poorly.
YES!!! Thank you for the unlock - offering a guarantee for “prepayment”. I’ve been breaking my head for months about how we can offer the guarantee of results in the marketing agency environment.
40:24 “I must not know enough about this [approach] because everything is hard.” Gold. Thanks Alex, as you say we need to be reminded more than we need to be taught 😅
There's so much information that it was hard to keep up, so I watched this video over several sittings. Thanks, Alex! That was an incredible knowledge drop.
Alex, I love you and Leila for the value you've brought to my life. You have no idea how much you've helped me. I attended the scale workshop in May, and the growth I've seen in the last two months is incredible. The content you continue to create, which brings so much value, is helping me keep growing even after the workshop. Thanks a lot!
Really great info. Almost all applied to me & my team. We started in 2015, and hit 1m pretty quick but the last several years have been difficult. I need to regroup and get back to a place of growth. I hope I can implement some of these ideas and get it going.
Alex. Love your videos. Tons of value you dish out . Hers a video title for you : "How to solve loneliness and isolation as a entrepreneur". Do you hang out with your team? When you're remote working how is that possible? Coworking spaces in the beginning? This part makes me wanna go back to working for someone cos I dont need to be intentional about it its a byproduct but probably not the solution. Please make a video on this!
Absolutely epic video. We've been watching you for a couple of years now and this one speaks to us so hard, it's like you were sitting in my shop. Thank you for doing what you do, and living on purpose...almost as if this life is not a dress rehearsal. Thank you. -Ted
Thank you for NOT wearing the nose strip - it was really nice just to see your face without the distraction! And thank you for the tips - I am going to use the first one about selling expensive $hit and icluding a 6x offer!
39:30 - one of the best explanations of Dunning Kruger effect. Relating lack of understanding to not achieving new levels. There’s also an aspect of energy exhaustion, motivation and memory retainment that comes with challenge of getting out of ‘Valley of Despair’ because we come strong out the gates through stages 1 & 2 easily.. burn out, and look for that dopamine hit again for something new and exciting. I’d posit that’s why finding a ‘Why’ in business as a framework can work because helps you through that valley because you’re identified with the goal more..or you just do the work everyday regardless ;)
31:18 closer Clarify why they’re there Label the problem Overview their past experiences Sell the vacation (not the plane flight) Explain away their concerns 1. Program 2. Time 3. Money 4. Decision making power 5. Avoiding a decision Reinforce the decision within first 24 hours - give three items of value (intros, actions etc
Hey 👋 Can I ask you for some help? I'm looking for the 4h+ video where he goes through the types of concerns that you described and how to overcome them. Any idea how to find the video?
Every millionnaire I know don’t spend any time talking about how to make money online. You’re sussy. However, I appreciate you reminding us all about obvious business tactics. It’s a good reminder I’ll give you that.
The fact that this is easy to find and free blows my mind. Literally, I have sought content like this for a very long time. This level of quality and volume has never been done. I would confidently say that Alex is the first True Goat in this space. It's absolutely life changing content... For free...and there's hundreds of hours of it. There has never been anything like this, and I am beyond grateful.
I mean, since you were looking for it for a long time and barely found someone who does it, I guess u struck gold didn't you? As in there is demand for such content and YOU can be the next Alex :]
Great video, the only thing I took from this so far is to make your product FREE in the beginning and get as many testimonials as possible, I started my “business” two weeks ago. The longer you watch the video, the more high level the information gets, I’m just a beginner so only the first 10 minutes applied to me Great work 👏🏾
Concentration of practical advises in this video is mind-blowing. I compare it with 1000 pages of business books I read and number of classes I did take. Outstanding work!
I also think one of Alex's best videos is his one on how to make your first $100K. It's so relatable! Maybe I'm the only kid who doesn't make six figures a month yet. I'm trying to figure this out.
I just finished listening to 100M Leads. Wow fantastic book. I found myself wanting the book to read along as I listened. I will be buying your new book too!
the price increase part is very true. But it gets complicated for people in the self-development and healing scene because we genuinely want to sell our packages to people from all walks of live regardless of their income net worth. being able to reach the poor and the unfortunate in need of a solution but really want it, is far more important then being able to reach the rich, although their pain is equally the same, one has resources and options, the other doesn't.
the fact that this high quality video has less than a 100k views is INSANE TO ME....I've never had so many of my doubts solved and potential realised regarding my business in one single video in my entire life!
I've watched everything Alex has put out for years which is always such a higher and business should be on track to be at £500k/mo by end of the year but this video was just insane. Need to clip so many parts and send it to different members of my team!! Thank you!
About your sawdust analogy, I would love to share this one: A Turkish business man has been exporting chicken legs for many years from Turkiye to China. It is not something Turkish people eat but it is something consumed in China. Well done!
I work for one of your companies, I really need to speak with you!!! Your ideas and principles are so good, but our captain does not have the fire he had before. I really wish we could help him.
"The hard work of entrepreneurship is the failure that you're inevitably going to encounter by not knowing what you're doing and then taking action steps despite that, with the idea that you will eventually succeed if you don't stop"
42:00 live is stressful for everyone in the end true, you cannot avoid it so why worry, just try to make the best out of it? This has always been my thought, thank you for your confirmation, good to hear it from another mind.
This was super helpful, thank you so much!!! I am going to watch this a few more times with a notebook and list out all the things I can implement right away! Many thanks!!
Alex your content is always a pleasure to watch, your story telling is so engaging that its bwtter then most top movies with milions of budgets 😂 just more plelase to listen to your examples ❤
