Man this thing moves out and stays planted! Looks like you got it dialed in pretty good, so smooth too.. I look forward to more content, keep it up brother!
Love your build. Well done bud. I still kept your messages/info for a build on mine. Was talking to Bret Bradbury (my neighbor) about ya the other day. He said to tell you hi and had great things to say about you.
Thank you brotha and thanks for following, wow Bret is your neighbor , how cool is that , we go way back , he is a vault of knowledge and a great person! Reach out to me anytime if you ever have questions 👍🏾

I have an LS swapped E46 running a TH350 with .373's and on my stock wheels 19" rolling diameter I'm spinning 3200 rpm's at 60 mph. I know I need a bigger tire but hearing your RPM's are low 2000's at 70mph is definitely making me look at putting .315's in.
Great informative TH400 driveability video and I don't even own a Corvette. 😅 What's your rear and front tire setup and more importantly what psi do you run rear and front on the street?
I get what you’re saying w/ the manual vs auto trans thing…I have a 850whp C5Z that’s A&A supercharged/cammed/forged/meth w/ a carbon torque tube, a stage 2 diff, & (most importantly) an ECS trans/diff cage- if you can believe it I’m on stock T56 trans hooked to a McLeod RXT twin disc good for 1200whp, I think I’m going w/ a sequential trans tho- best of both worlds!!!!!!
Love your set-up. Where's your trans cooler located? Also, where's your radiator and which radiator are you running? (I've been working on trying to figure out how to make my c5z more streetable--it has a rpm powerglide and 9", so any info you can share would be helpful.)
Hey brotha, you completely inspired me to get a c5z like yours. I would like to replicate your first build with the ls3 stroker. Would you be willing to give me the run down on the build, like pistons-rod combo? Cams-intake? Anyways, I appreciate your videos. Thanks
@@TheBullyC5ZI got a crazy question for you I have a level 5 FTI also and reverse manual valve body and when I talk to FTI they told me I cannot go from third to second to first gear while driving well I can go from third to second but I can't go from second to 1st to car has to be a complete stop I noticed your switching back and forth no problem. I know you said you're in South Texas what part I'm from lake Charles Louisiana we should get up together
@@TheBullyC5Z well after driving mine for awhile now I can put the shifter in 1st at any mph as long as I don't touch the gas lol I found out mine has what they call a soft neutral or something to wear when you let off the gas the car basically goes in a neutral so I can switch it to first gear slow down and then hit the gas and it'll be back in first or second so yeah it's just like yours
FTI in Florida built my transmission and builds my th400’s for the conversion kits I sell, I’ll definitely get that on the to do list for future videos 👍🏾
Thanks for sharing. Then you recommend the FTI you build it kit since they built your transmission? My th400 needs a rebuilt and I been looking at parts and looking to upgrade to a 34 element sprag and etc.
Feels great , go over to my instagram page to see last nights race to 180mph , I don’t really like the looks of drag wings although they serve a purpose , the auto helps keep the car planted
@@TheBullyC5Z yeah I’m already following you on there. First saw this car on 1320 or maybe street science I can’t remember and said wow this thing is insane lol
@@TheDevin918 it’s a really easy solution that keeps the converter tight also for the big end , so currently I have it setup to turn off around 5500rpms in 1st gear and then it’s off the rest of the pass ,
Lol, so cool...car makes 1300 ponies and has the whereabouts to be concerned about cars wanting to pass him as he is just cruising talking about his auto trans.
I think your car is really nice. But don’t put down driving a stick. You say it jerks around and feels uncontrollable. I am not knocking your opinion. But you obviously never really learned how to drive a stick. A stick car can be just as smooth ( as you call it) as an automatic. There is definitely a little more to wrap around your head until as with me, it becomes second nature. Granted I am 64 years old and been driving for a little while. Lots of luck with your Hot Rod and be safe. Thanks for letting me put in my two cents.
Thanks for you input, keep in mind I am not referring to driving a stick in a “ normal “ power range, I was referring to driving a car making north of 1000hp+ hp , turbocharged on a synchronized transmission which is not easy and I did it for over a decade on very competitive level, but again thanks for the feedback 🤟🏾
@@TheBullyC5Z Couldn’t agree more, I had a F1X C6 pushing over 1400 on a TR6060 and it’s brutal compared to a factory 400hp car. Your Th400 looks like a solid setup.
