It makes sense they'd abandon thirst mechanics, considering Minecraft has only one kind of Water. Otherwise, you'd be able refill your Thirst meter with a bottle of salt water.

Torch in a glass bulb would cause it to go out after it runs out of oxygen Oil lamps were used that let the movement of gases to still occur Also, torch on head seems quite overpowered, if they made a mining helmet it would definitely have to be a later game item or made from some expensive resources/take up an armour space

for the Sugar Cane not caring what block it is planted on, Mud is by far the best. It is true that none effect its growth, but only mud is less than a full block so hoppers can pull through it without the need of a hopper minecart

Hostile Mobs need to be fantasy creatures. Wolves and Polar Bears are non-fantasy creatures that are neutral, but become hostile if you attack them.

mud is better for growing sugarcane (in a sugarcane farm anyway), not because it's faster, but because it has a smaller hitbox meaning it's more likely for the sugarcane to be collected by the hopper. But if you're doing it by hand, then there's no difference.

Fun fact, if you play on an original xbox 360 and have the disc or the og xbox 360 game you CAN get the tutorial map without downloading anything extra Have fun guys with it because it also has the og minigames running

Fun fact: The legacy versions for minecraft wii u and switch had their own unique tutorial world. Tbh i think it was even better than the xbox world.

I find it funny the amount of times that parity is the main reason certain features have been delayed or community suggestions have been turned down. and yet there are major differences between the two that they have explicitly stated would remain different.
