I’m loving the topics of your last 2pods man Jaco is the Goat 🐐 and Marcus Aurelius is one of the greatest examples of a great noble leaders, also meditations is a great book and stoicism is a greatest philosophy’s ever developed. It is one of the only books ever written and published that was written to its own author.

They sell Every Man Jack and Native at Target lol. Maybe you're allergic to something in the Native Ryan..I use it and it's wonderful for me ..🤷‍♀️glad you're better reguardless
