Today's video is my biggest piece till now, it's a commission piece on a 70x100 cm. deep edge canvas.
My friend (the client) was specific about the colours, and trusted me with everything else, since the colours were red, orange, yellow and gold, I immediately had a vision of colours licking somewhat diagonal across the canvas with a lot of negative space. I love the result, and luckily so did he. 😍

My recepie for dutch pour
Base coat (ordinary):
1 part paint
2 part floetrol (European)
a big squirt of Liquitex pouring medium
1 part distilled water
Base coat (transparent):
75% floetrol
15% Liquitex pouring medium
10% water
Blow out colours:
1 part paint
2 part floetrol
water to same consistency as base coat
Colours used:
Amsterdam Oxide black
Modern master Sashay red
Winsor&Newton vermillion hue
Golden fluid pyrole orange
Amsterdam naphthol red deep
Golden fluid Quinacridone crimson
Amsterdam Amsterdam primary Magenta
Winsor&Newton cadmium yellow medium hue
Sigma satin enamel transparent

It's so giving to know, that someone out there enjoy my work, I love the fact that my efforts in this process, already has helped someone else.
