Regarding rainbows, I have seen many times a rainbow displaying the full spectrum of the refracted light, I have also seen a full rainbow when it presents as a circle, The sky rainbows I have seen twice I think, the only thing I would like to see is the Milky Way arm, I did try to see it on a ferry to Dublin, but the ferry lights just killed the night sky. I should have used the power cuts we had in the 70s to look up, but I was about 10 at the time.

Eh, if not getting sleep was really that bad, hospital rooms would be smaller with fewer patients. The last time I had to stay at one with 4 beds, I didn't sleep for about 48 hours and started drifting off randomly during the day after that.

Anyone else read Sandi's book where she quotes this episode saying they people poo in the kettle? I remembered pee, and here it is. Why does the book say poo? For the sake of us all I hope it's not poo. Also, never touch hotel curtains.

Hm... because of Holly, I googled Jeff Koons but aside from balloon animals, there wasn't much. Yes, I made sure the content filter was disabled. So until somebody can show me something different, I'll just imagine that woman as some prude whose sexual tastes probably don't go beyond missionary style.

Not sure when this originally aired, but there are so many sleep scientists, with so much information about why sleep is important, I don't think the show's elves are always on top of things with their research.

There are lots of theories about why sleep is important, but not much has been proven. Even when scientists observe that certain processes happen while you’re sleeping, it is still not known why that couldn’t happen while you’re awake.
