Excellent video. You are very intelligent, knowledgeable, and articulate. One of the couples that was with us on a recent Baltic tour lives in Estero, and I can easily see why they live there. If my wife and I were going to relocate, we would definitely consider Estero. Very best wishes.
Unsure of starting date. I've heard this is going to be quite a while, it's in the early stages. Yes, I too have heard it will be a 10,000 door community separated into sub communities on both sides of Corkscrew road.
