It's the time to get fit and celebrate fitness with OZiva! If your 2022 resolution was to get fitter, this challenge is all you need to build the habit of regularly working out. Just 10 minutes each day for 14 days with our amazing trainers Miten Kakaiya (@ mitenkakaiya on Instagram) and Kunakshi Bafna (@ korebodypilates on Instagram)

Day 11 Challenge is an upper body workout with 3 exercises! Kunakshi will do a simpler, beginner's-version of the exercise and Miten will do the advanced version of the same. These exercises include:
1. Pause Push-Ups
2. Towel Lat Pulldown
3. Bench Dips
