Thank you Alan. I get a lot of different types of modules from blocksignalling.co.uk/index.php. Have a look at them for different types of shuttles. You will probably need a beefier one for G Scale.
I've used shuttles before but I wondered if it's possible to add another 'station stop' to a shuttle system and how would you go about this? Thanks for the video. Best wishes.

A very clear and concise presentation... Thankyou... A question if I may... What would happen if the diode was placed (in the wrong firection) with the white line in the direction that the train was initially travelling in as it crossed over the isolation point?
If the diode is not the right way around then the current will continue to flow and the train will not stop until the current reverses and then the train will not return as the diode is now stopping the current from flowing
Hi. Great video . I want to do the same. I want to run an emu.How far back from the end would I need to cut the track? Would it have to be just over length of power car? Also on return, would it need to be so that both cars pass cut? Hope this makes sense. Thanks.

Where do you buy the diode from as well as the circuit board thing that controls its function? How do you wire the circuit board up too? Please and thank you
Hi Lesley the shuttle in that video is not made anymore but here is a simliar one blocksignalling.co.uk/Shuttles/SS1 It doesn't use diodes but you can download the instructions fairly easy to follow.
