I dont understand why architects today are promoting corner windows soooo much when they know how much waste of construction material they are resulting in a clear increase in construction cost.Moreover,larger the space ,the more waste of space they do in lieu of designing .14 marla is quite a space to accomodate 3 bedrooms and a store on ground floor.cambodes arent concealed, impractical vanity basin.Only suitable for small family if you want to rent out both floors or have it all in case you have a big family.so nice place for single family.

The biggest drawback of this house is that its left side is an open area (to east) so from 2pm - 7pm the sun is shining directly and there are so many windows on that side. Not ideal in summers.

The kitchen at grund floor and even at the first both a bad design. congested and not more than one person can stand In there at a time. 10 marla homes have such spacious and beautiful double door fridge space available with islands. The balcony at the front is useless. The new balcony with privacy sheets is the trend and they are useful for family home. It doesn't look like the plot space is straight either. Too high is price.
