I lived in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Venice, Culver City, Lancaster, and Moreno Valley, the city of Riverside is a beautiful city, with beautiful communities as well as great parks to enjoy, it is centrally located, with the beaches as well as the mountains so close. I do love to golf and Fairmount at $13.00 to walk 18 is a great deal, Rio del sol in Moreno Valley is only $30.00 with a cart after 1pm. Traffic sucks but take the side streets to get to where you need to go.

I grew up here and it's centrally located .I could surf and ski in the same day. It's a great place to grow up and raise a family. Sure there are a few bad neighborhoods but they are easy to avoid. Much better than LA. Lower crime and homeless rates.

there's a lot of houses downtown that have been turned into apartments, also a house behind a house. this was done during ww 2 to give servicemen a place to live. they are cheaper than most apartments or houses. also, you can look for roomates to share a house, this is easier than you think. 3 people in a 3 bdrm is cheaper than an apartment by yourself.

Pros →beautiful mountains Cons →lots of homeless people, junkies, street girls, thieves, heavy traffic, bad drivers, mean, rude, selfish, crazy, greedy, stingy, ugly, insensitive, obnoxious, and stupid people, hot weather, expensive stuff, filthy city, bad education, bad areas, terrible governor and mayor no jobs;You can't find any jobs there. No book stores I saw only clothes shops, spa, and tattoo shops. People there look like zombie monsters or robots. However, mountains are beautiful.

I bought an electric bike, I want to use it to go shopping and elsewhere!I can't use it because I can't leave it anywhere safely because no safety bicycle racks at shops!I took out insurance on it, the insurer asked for at least 2-3 strong security locks!I don't know how much investment is required to have a strong and reliable place in front of the shops 🤔!?
