Sorry, just saw you post. I think the one he is referring to is found in ESRI Maps and Data. Which you can get by going to my.esri.com, if you have an account.
I can not add facilities more than 68. In that case i receive maximum facility error. Even i tried with a powerfull PC but nothing changed. Could you help me?
Nice and educative video, I got everything right with the dataset that you provided, but when I tried using mine, I encountered a problem. My facilities are 20 in number and demand points are 371.. So how do I set an impedance cutoff, because the error message is always talking about presence of a cutoff
