What add on helps get the name plates soo clean . I get lost all the time trying to switch for kicks yours is easy to see the mages and they don’t stack ontop

On the first boss, is it worth for the tank to soak 1 spike on each set so the healer has 1 less dot stack to deal with? Or does it hit the tank for too much on a 14?
Aggro i guess? I mean he even lost it with them trying not to directly blast..its absolutly annoying as a tank, or its sth about casttimers. But since he himself directly went, this doesnt seem like it. He also didnt pull 2 packs same time to line anything.
