Consensus can be used to gather different perspectives. If there is only one perspective, then consensus is pretty fast with a strong commitment. After each perspective is presented, we can downgrade to voting or some faster process and get a relatively fast result while borrowing some of the commitment inertia that is usually created by the previous method. I actually borrowed the lean coffee thumbs up/down method I saw on your channel to see if we want to discuss further or downgrade. Worked well!
