This Sea Hunter Tournament 45 is an incredible sport fishing boat with a big helping of speed and a dash of versatility on the side. Featuring FOUR 350 HP Yamaha Outboard V8's, the boat can reach speeds of 70 MPH, but more importantly, cruise in chop at 55 mph like it's absolutely nothing. It has a seemingly endless array of rod holders, accessories, and storage areas, but, perhaps most interestingly is the significant use of carbon kevlar construction in the boat's hull and deck.

Here in australia we take 96 beers out on a 4 meter tinny for a arvo of flat head fishing, in australia a boat like that would have 30 beers for every person on board, thated be 7 or 8 ppl on a boat like that!

It gets a decent gph fuel burn. 800 gallons of fuel I'm guessing to refill is around 3,040 that's if you are completely out of fuel. They went through a entire season using only half a tank so after 2 seasons they would refill. Having a big boat can actually have a less cost in a year that a smaller boat considering a smaller boat would have about 1/13 of the fuel capacity ( 21 -23 footers ). This is all on gas though I don't even want to think how many hours are spent on wires, engines and hull but that is there job.

Thx, good to know. I suspected the cruise speed was just under 1.0, but I'm shocked 0.7 is the worst. I would've thought the wide open throttle would hit 0.3 at least. That's a gorgeous boat and turns out to be more efficient than I thought too

Matt, I commented on a recent Cleetus McFarland youtube video earlier telling him he needs to get your arse down to Florida to get you in the driver seat of that crazy friggin corvette-go-autocross-drag-kart thing and that insane Dale Earnhardt nascar truck once he gets all the bugs worked out. Your audience knows you pretty well when it comes to cars and I'd put money down you would thoroughly enjoy yourself to say the least. Maybe bring a change of underwear or 2 lol

Besides the fact that he's been finished filming One Takes since November, he has also already said he wouldn't do any One Takes in Florida ever again. They don't have curvey roads and it makes the videos rather boring to watch.
