The interior of this home is a real let down with the small,kitchen and main living dining area. Tile choices are cheap looking. Not a fan of the shiny black bench tops…..so dared. Flooring and windows are lovely, although I do not want wood floor in the toilet/powder room….so unhygienic…… Great tour!

Agree. Overall the house is very underwhelming with the finishes. And there is not even any vaulted ceilings anywhere on the main level!!!

@@what_da_fck7263 42 inch cabinets with stacked uppers and modern moldings. Quartz counters on the island and in the scullery. WOLF appliance package, concrete FP, luxury tile package in each en suite. 3 car finished garage with epoxy flooring. Huge covered patio with motorized screens and 7 panel folding door. Vaulted ceilings in the primary, guest suite and a 2 story foyer. Should I keep going? Lol. This is a very lovely home and if a family has been saving and is ready and able, it would make for the perfect DREAM HOME! I would jump on this. @@roderickstephenllc for the price of the home, most of those are finishes that add little to the cost of building a home. Epoxy floors in garage - 5k, tile - standard for any house even half of this asking, 42" kitchen uppers- another 5k tops, concrete fireplace- maybe 3-4k.

And quartz countertops are the bare minimum in a million plus dollar house. Are you kidding me? This house is at least 500k overpriced
