No bake mango cheesecake 1 cup pecan 1 cup walnut 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 cup pitted dates Pinch of salt Blend mixture until fine Pour into baking pan and firm to make base crust Soak 3 gelatin leaves in water for 10min 300g mango 200g cream cheese or coconut yogurt 150g whipping cream or coconut milk Blend until smooth Melt gelatine in microwave for 30sec until dissolved Add it to mango mixture Pour onto crust add any leftover mango into the layers Place in fridge for 3 hours to firm up

Our country has its work cut out for itself if it wants to save democracy. This was a wonderful video. I'm so glad you taught us the joy of embroidery. I now believe I could do this. Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks. I love seeing you teaching your daughter so many wonderful things that she can use when she gets older.
