It would help to give you a sense of weight but it is not ideal nor safe to workout in as it’s not designed to secure around your upper body front and back. Check out Amazon for weighted vests. There are many affordable options.
The bare minimum to apply is to pass the level 7 shuttle and have an 11 minute 1.5 mile rune. Were you able to do that? Im asking because I feel like if an applicant is capable of those achievements, this test may not be as hard as it seems
@@thesentinelmindset agreed, im sure this test is not easy, im just curious if you are at the required minimum level for cardio so i can get an idea of the difficulty of this test
@@Khanviction If you watch the entire video, you will see that I was very tired and winded after the PREP. I was not able to pass the shuttle portion in my current cardio state.
@@thesentinelmindset sorry if im not wording my question correctly. prior to this video, were you at the cardio level of at least 7 beep test and an 11 minute 1.5 mile run?
I love the encouragement. I really appreciate the work you are doing to help others grow. Just as you said " you can do this" here another word I used to encourage and motivate me Dont Quit = Do it. Cross off the nt & Qu. Then you will left with Do It
