The last of three products KAIWEETS sent in together with the previously reviewed KM601s and KC602 multimeters. This is a test lead kit which is suitable for just about any multimeter, not just KAIWEETS'. It comes with two pairs of test leads and lots of probe tips. I have seen these advertised as having silicone leads but the the leads in the kit sent for review were just PVC, soft yes, but not resistant to hot soldering irons... so check carefully if that is important to you. Apart from that, the kit is ok, and the large selection of probe tips will be quite useful.

Bought a very similiar kit. after I bought a cheap version of the kaiweets multimeter you tested year(s) back. Had the same impression as you, but didn't dare to melt mine yet. About the "floppy noodle probes" - I suspect these are rather for plugs and sockets testing in automotive cases. At least would've been these kind of probes come in handy as I was still working as a car mechanic a decade ago.

I bought a pair of those tweezer on Amazon - very useful, but the lead wire is very short. Maybe I'll when I get time I'll make an extension using some genuine silicone wire.

"floppy noodle probes" - are for "back-probing" connectors on cars (or likewise), you slip the needle down between the cable and the weather plug from the rear of the connector

I have never considered (or done) that use case. Ok that makes sense. Many thanks for the explanation.

I don't buy non-silicone leads anymore.
