[1440p60fps] Heavily Modded E3-Like Novigrad Gameplay [NextGen Witcher 3 With RTX On Graphics] 

Hi I have a question about clouds. Mainly when it rains, there is a storm, there are unnatural clouds that seem blurry (ONLY). When the weather is normal, everything works as it should, it doesn't bother me, but I'm curious what could be the reason. I think that the reason may be MOD New Lighting Effect or Dark Night I have Skellige Winter Weather System New Lighting Effect TookLighting Dark Night New Clouds What do you think could be the reason, because in ScriptMerger I have set priorities and conflicts and everything else is taken care of. And in general, I have the impression that your clouds look GREAT like in the modification screenshots, maybe I need to give BIG priority to New Clouds?

What resolution did you use here? Im just wondering, i installed true e3 armour but the chainmail on pads is shimmering like its on a low resolution
