u basically record it at a higher fps cap on ur OBS instead of 60 like around 144 or 240, etc. and when u get on the editor app use whatever quality preset u use and force ur clip to 60fps..the editor interpolates it.. makes it look super smooth even tho ur video after export would be labelled 60fps.
