ugh, I don't, I actually find him quite annoying,he is way to animated for me. If they showed these apartments with no staging, (which is how they should be, since the furniture and decor aren't staying anyway)I wonder how enthusiastic he would be.
I've seen the pent house really nice but not a huge space, also it's it's harlem not The safest place but that's why you get 10million dollar views for half the price
He is a wonderful salesman and I almost believed everything he said except when I watched the video more carefully. The ceilings are not high. The bedrooms are small. The garage has only 10 spots. And the price is out the door. Hopefully, the adjoining neighborhood is in transition in the right direction. It helps if you speak Spanish.

Several details are OFF to me ; Master BR size, kitchen island and doors handle- It doesnt blend seemlessly in a design point of view - the kitchen island is really like the elephant in the room but still a nice flat
I wanna work with you. Please give me one chance to prove myself. I don't even need any salary, just wanna work to experience and learn the real estate strategy. Ready to start any time (online) due to the pandemic situation.
I love it! I have a question that I haven't seen anyone ask you yet. It's how do you keep yourself from wanting to buy anything you're tryna sell? Do you have thoughts like that when selling? Like "I think I wanna move in here myself" I wonder that a lot lol because of the amazing places and views they offer, I'm just curious.
A private rooftop terrace and a common rooftop terrace with private penthouse entry is NOT even remotely the same thing as advertising the penthouse with it's own private rooftop terrace.
No people, this is Central Park North. All borders surrounding the park have always been gentrified. North, south, east, west. The north side as well Harlem starts but Central Park North is like 110th St. the top end of the park.
