How important is communication n dialogs for leaders in companies or society? Is writing english articles efficiently sufficient to be a leader? I am an Indian and non-native english writer. I can write efficiently correct english topic but cannot speak in english and in my mother tongue fluently. But I want to be a leader of my society. Is it necessary to talk efficiently both in mother tongue and english to be a leader? Can anyone answer? Thanks.
