For 79 Lakhs u will find flats in Siddha projects or any other high rise projects with plenty of amenities....for this flat max it can cost 50-55 lakhs....
I live near by these flats and these buildings are mostly empty , becoz the prize is very high and maintenance is not done bcoz very few people live in each building. So people pefer highrise complex where there are more people living with all accomodation n maintenance is done on regular basis. But these buildings look very beautiful bcoz of broad roads n parking facilities. But most of d flats r empty.
Location and space provided inside the apartment is really good ,but tile work sucks , very poor selection. Price is too high. Earlier Kolkata was liveable for all economic catagories , wondering why properties going so costly @ this area and that too without any that such amenities ! A property made of maximum 25/30 lakhs is promoted for selling on 79 lakhs ? What a shame !
6 khata land as per Govt rate is about 1.2 crore in HIG location. And if you want to buy this same size flat at high rise it will to upto 1.1 crore for sure. I have already enquired recently. Yes in this HIG cooperative flat amenities will be missing. But I think the flat has around 1400 sq ft plus independent car parking, as only 8 flat in 6 katha mentioned.
There is maintenance problem in these building as there are few people living in these building, and it's far away from basic anemities and the toto people charge 100 or minimum 50 to take u to near by places, if u have car then, no problem.

No need to sell my property. I have one in newtown. 79l it's a moderate cost of flat in Newtown. The cost of Flat in my location 85 to 90l for standalone and 1.10 for gated community.
