Hey legend, you can actually check if a character has plague by checking their portrait in the info panel, upper left corner. 18:50 as an example

I think you can see a rat on the character icon if he has a plague, not sure

If you double click on a unit in the strat map, you see their general/captain/admiral/... face and u see a rat if they have the plague. Just saying that bc u seem to guess if they have it or no

as great of a game as warhammer 2 is, i really miss the layers of defenses that they had in the castles in this game. the only thing i've seen anywhere close in TW:WH2 are the forts on the southern edge of the empire between them and brettonia, and those siege fights are intense!

You don't seem to know this but you can check if a character has plague by the little rat symbol on their portrait

I currently play as my favorite faction in M2TW, Spain. In the first few rounds, I built my cities to generate money and parallel I conquered Saragossa and Valencia as fast as I could. I made an Alliance with France, so I can expand over North Africa. Also I had trade and very good relations to all of Western Europe. All my plans were thrown over when the Pope announced a crusade to Tunis, wich was controlled by the recently excommunicated Sicily. I thought "Nice, that's good for my plan to conquer North Africa". But I was false. After I successfully conquered Tunis with my Crusader Army, the pope hated me, besides the fact, that Sicily remained excommunicated after I conquered Tunis. Short time after that, literally all of western Europe: Portugal, Milan, England, the Papal State and even my "Ally" France attacked me. Also the Maurs. I am now at a point where I wiped out Portugal and and am slashing my way through France. My advice for new M2TW players: Don't give a fuck about diplomacy. It isn't worth a shit. Only focus on your military strength and attack.

139 turns and only 25 battles won. This guy had to be sitting around and doing nothing the whole time. It just doesn't make sense to have that low of a battle count...

I would really want to know how he ended up in a situation like this. 140 turns in, stuck on Ireland as Denmark with no territory in the mainland, how did that happen? Why did Spain and Portugal declare war if he had no territory near them?

All I ask is occasional historical videos, Legend. Not that it matters what I want, but you do have a years-old fanbase who prefer the historical stuff, so just a nod to us here and there goes a long ways. Warhammer is where the community and money is at, so that should be your career.

I have a Mac and have to run Medieval 2 on large unit scale otherwise I can't fight battles with more than one army on the map at once.

Do you play ANY of your games with mods, btw? Random question, I know. I can't imagine playing base Medieval II after playing SS mod, for instance. Lol.

I really wish that they would bring back the recruitment mechanic from Medieval 2; the newer games would benefit a lot from it.

Is the lack of support for historical titles evidenced in your view count? I wonder if that holds true for other TW youtubers or if it has something to do with how you've formatted your content towards warhammer stuff? Personally I say either way the content is super enjoyable

I really like Warhammer too, but I would love to see you do more saving your disaster campaigns in Three Kingdoms. I love that game, since it is the best historical total war so far in my opinion. If you can, try to give that game some more love.

I wish the AI in Total War Warhammer would let you just run a unit to its rear without reacting and then stand with its general's back to you while you charge in! If the AI is like this all the time no wonder people aren't so interested anymore.
