I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. Back in 2022 when btc was at its cycle low, people where saying btc is done for it's going below $15k US it's going to zero. Well it's down 10% from mid March ath 2024 and now everyone is shitting themselves. That doesn't make any logical sense especially for crypto.Its just a shake out phase, chill people go zoom out at old charts. We are at around 1.4 trillion market cap and only growing, just wait and see the price next year in March it will double....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Evelyn Infurna, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

3:00 This is the point most people do not understand. A house you LIVE in (even paid off and not a rental) costs you every month - it is a liability since no positive cash flow. Equity is just on paper until you sell and downgrade, then the seller has to radically change lifestyle to recognize any gain or spend the 'gain' to maintain their lifestyle.

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

Did this thing just recommend peer to peer lending as one of the first things? At 11% interest rate, they must be risky as hell and likely to default. And that's barely better than the expected return of the market. Why would you even consider doing that? Might as well just speculate in the market and do options trading.

I totally agree. My portfolio just broke $35m yesterday, added more shares to VOO, SCHG & SCHD. Started growing this portfolio from $2m 2022. Real estate is next, so they can bring in great income.
