@@FunFactFilms I've actually read the book, so I know the similarities. Like the songs that the Oompa Loompas sing at the end of each kid's demise, the lyrics are ALOT the same as the lyrics in the book. And the pink boat that they sail down the river, is EXACTLY how it is described in the book.

It's not a remake if it's another adaptation of the book. Otherwise, a lot more elements from the 1971 film would be included.

I loved them both for different reasons. Willy Wonka came out when I was 8 years old. Seeing all the chocolate and candy made me wish I could be there with them. On the other hand Johnny Depp’s version was so funny. My daughter and I laughed so hard throughout the whole movie we could hardly breathe. The majority of the audience didn’t understand our laughing and would turn around looking at us. They only laughed at the simple things like walking into a glass door etc. Gene Wilder and Johnny Depp were both great.

Totally understandable! Much closer to the book, Charlie’s dad is in it, and at the end, they show the kids leaving the factory with their parents. YES! I just realized! Of course! Tim Burton used the Wizard Of Oz color trick! At the beginning you only see bleak colors, the only thing you get is the red trucks sent out by Willy Wonka at the first minutes of the movie! Then as soon as Charlie walks into “Oz” essentially, the color floods in! I love it! Dorothy: Oh I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore…

I love Charlie and the chocolate factory movie it's so nice and its so chocolaty that everyone loves to eat it if it's chocolate house it would be even amazing to eat whole house in 1 minute
