A new thing I cannot live without is the Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp Care in the winter. My skin was seriously so parched this season! Oh and CeraVe moisturizing cream! As a trained bra specialist, I can say that The Natori Feather bra is by far one of the best on the market. You can get it for around $20 at Nordstrom Rack. I also recommend that all the ladies visit their local Nordstrom department store for a free bra fitting/measurement (specifically Nordstrom as they require employees to be trained on fitting- I worked there a few years ago) Macy’s has the products but don’t measure properly (and let’s not even mention Victoria’s Secret who are horrible in fitting for bras). Most women are in the wrong cup and band size.

Weighted blanket. I absolutely love mine it’s hard to describe really. First thing I noticed obviously was the weight, I knew that was reason I bought it but didn’t know what to expect. It really has helped me sleep better and it does seem to calm me at night.
