One can not forget what the Midcontinental Rift did. As in creating Lake Superior. Even though geologists claim that the rift is healed. It still exists. You can see the results of it with all the basalt in Duluth and the surrounding areas. It is at least two thousand miles long this rift.

On this year's spring there was huge earthquakes in Turkey and over 50 thousands or even more people died rest inpeace all these people. Earthquakes are really dangerous natural phenomenas here in earth and I'll think earthquakes would be reasons why there is sinkholes and half cracked land... 🌍

I'm glad I stopped by. I have always loved to travel. I have experienced earthquakes too. Not deadly ones (thank G-d) Nevertheless, I've experienced them in Concord, CA. San Francisco, CA. Malaga, Spain. Lincoln, UK. Tōkyō, Nihon. Once you've seen what you think is a solid piece of ground move before you, you kinda never trust the earth again.

Thank you for your interesting story. You are right. Unfortunately, in the next 1-4 years, natural disasters (including earthquakes) will increase tens of times all over the world. These are cosmic processes that repeat cyclically every 12,000 years, and they not related to human activity. To save ourselves and the planet, it's vital to build the *Creative* *Society.* Then, by combining efforts of the best scientists and using advanced technologies, we can solve climate problems. In the Creative Society, the life, safety and well-being of every person will be the main priorities. All details can be found on the official sıte of the project.

Okay, now how could you miss the Great Cascadia Fault Line? This subduction fault has been overdue for several decades and there's talk of the next quake being something upwards of a 8.0+ on the Richter scale and that it could run for as long as *five minutes.* That's unheard of in quakes. You also missed several of the big ones in Alaska. As an aside, how do you learn how to pronounce all those place names? *Everything in Iceland* are real tongue-twisters and I know for a fact that you can't intuit how to pronounce them phonetically. It has to be heard to be repeated.

What about the Grand Canyon??? They claim it was water that eroded that area but to me it looks like an ancient MEGA EARTHQUAKE tore that land apart...and the river just did what water does and went to the lowest point ...
@koriw1701
@koriw1701 10 месяцев назад
It was formed by millions of years of erosion from the Colorado River, exactly as the sciences say. It may look like a mega-thrust quake, but erosion is just as destructive as the earth. In fact, the most corrosive force in nature is water because nothing can stop erosion by water since it cannot, will not be contained and cannot be stopped up. Water will always find a way through any substance on earth. Have you ever been there? Because if you had, you would have seen that the canyon is not jagged like a fault line would be, but it snakes in curves and curls. I've climbed up and down the Grand Canyon several times, but the best way to see the difference between this and a thrust fault is to take a raft down the Colorado River. It's beautiful and is very smooth for almost its entire length.

@@motsumilioness Why do you think that? I know the so called "experts" claim that but if you look at the Canyon, from above and on the ground level, and the area that it is in (Super Volcano - Yellow Stone) it looks like those little cracks that you see in the video above ... The River is just doing what rivers do and going to the lowest point to flow out to the sea

A major disruption by Yellow stone volcano (which is close by and has moved over the eons by virtue of continental drift) , may have cause the initial crack of the canyon, and that might have emptied a torrent flow of water upstream to rush down that crack Have any of the experts come up with the origin of the water?? It would have had to be one of the largest lakes in the world... What area did it cover? The canyon has just one river bed ... what about all the side canyons? www.nps.gov/grca/planyourvisit/maps.htm

Don't ignore this message !! REPENT NOW !! God the Son - JESUS came in the flesh to die for sinners. TRUST that God raised JESUS from the dead !! By FAITH accept JESUS's blood alone as payment for your sins unto Salvation, to escape what's about to happen !! Don't say you were not warned !! ONLY true believers in JESUS will be suddenly taken.
