I'm 18 days sober and it's been a living hell.. I'm dreaming about Guinness and walking around the house like a right miserable twat..

2 weeks no alcohol challenge? All that is doing is priming you for the next binge session. Quoting drinking completely is not difficult at all but nost are too weak minded and have no internal strength so they go bakc to what makes them weaker. Irs a sickness. 4 and a half years sober here and dont mossbit at all.

Now do a 15 day drunk challenge

Alchohol isn't even that good. It's mostly good for numbing our feelings, which is why I think it's addictive in the first place.
