@@darhuma7504 1 & 1/2 month actually in this time I skip workout for two weeks when I had periods and also 3 days I ate junk food so that's the reason I lost only 6kg in 1 1/2 Month.

@@darhuma7504 don't think that if you go to gym then you loss weight. You are able to do very effective workouts from RU-vid. And remember 80% diet and 20 % workout so eat clean and you'll definitely achieve your goal. I'm also in my weight loss journey so we need to motivate each other ☺️.
